Dunk City Dynasty has excited fans by announcing its Global Championship for 2025. The tournament will take place this November in China, and it’s the first-ever global esports competition for the NBA and NBPA-licensed 3v3 streetball mobile game. Teams worldwide can compete for a prize pool of $100,000.

Dunk City Dynasty Global Championship 2025 (DCDG) will feature top teams from across the world. Teams will compete through three stages to qualify for the live, in-person finals.
As we’ve said before, the final competition will be held in China. Registration is now open, and the first qualifying rounds will begin on October 5th, 2025.
Dunk City Dynasty Global Championship 2025: Schedule and Format
The competition begins with the Regional Open Qualifiers. Teams from each region will compete in a bracket divided into eight groups. The winning team from each group – a total of eight teams – will move on to the next round.
The next stage, called the Regional Finals, will include the top 8 teams from each region. While the exact number of qualifying teams from each region may differ depending on competition and regional needs, a total of 10 teams will advance to the offline finals.
Okay, so the big news is the Global Championship Finals are happening! Only 10 teams left are competing, and it’s all going down in Shanghai. The prize pool is a sweet $100,000, which is awesome!
Where to watch the Dunk City Dynasty Global Championship 2025
The DCDG will now oversee seven key regions: Europe, North America, Latin America, Mainland China, Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia (excluding the Philippines).
Most of the competition will be held online, but the final round will be in person. You can watch everything live on the game’s official pages on platforms like Facebook and YouTube.
