Miss Kay, a well-known cast member from the show Duck Dynasty, has experienced an incredible recovery in her health just two months following the heartbreaking demise of her husband, Phil Robertson.

The well-known television figure, aged 77, felt deeply saddened following the death of her longtime companion on May 20, who was 79 and had been struggling with Alzheimer’s disease.

In June last month, her son, Willie, disclosed that she wasn’t at her peak of health, given the grief she felt from losing her husband and the ruler of Duck Dynasty.

Willie shared with the news outlet that she’s showing significant improvement, adding it’s astonishing to see her transformation following the loss of Phil. He believes she had been deeply saddened by his passing.

She has spent more than six decades with the same person, and now that he’s gone, she’s lost not only her life partner but also someone who had been by her side for so long. And as time goes on, she is growing older.

Willie mentioned that his mother had been deeply affected by Philip’s passing, but she seems to have recovered and recently attended church. I suspect she might be going away for the weekend, as she’s been traveling more. She will also appear on our program.

Korie additionally indicated that Miss Kay featured on the Duck Call Room podcast this month, serving as a ‘video showing she’s still alive.’

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Kay on several projects we’ve been filming this past week. It’s been truly remarkable, making these shared experiences quite memorable.

Willie explained that Kay ‘just had to deal with it’ but ‘stuck close to the family.’

The television personality went on to say, ‘Surrounded by everyone, she interacted with various family members and prioritized her friendships and connections.’

Later, he conveyed his appreciation for his mother enjoying better times ahead. However, he acknowledged that the absence of his father had created a substantial emptiness.

As a devoted admirer, I can confidently say that their bond was unbreakable, and they shared almost every experience. Therefore, I can only imagine how challenging it must have been for her during difficult times.

In late June, following Phil’s passing, I openly disclosed to USA Today Network that Kay wasn’t in the best of spirits. We, her loved ones, are doing our utmost to provide support and aid her in every way possible.

In April, prior to his own passing, Jase Robertson spoke candidly about Kay’s health during an episode of the Unashamed With The Robertson Family podcast.

He stated that she developed an infection due to a previous cut, which was aggravated by a fall. In other words, he expressed concern that this could potentially be a serious issue.

This past week, Kay unexpectedly joined the Duck Call Room podcast, remarking, “I’ve had enough of being deceased.

In a recent turn of events, I found myself addressing rumors circulating about the passing of my beloved mother and my dear brother Si. Rest assured, both are alive and well. They too contemplated the news of Phil’s demise, with Al remarking, ‘Of course, this was a difficult situation for everyone, but it hit Mom particularly hard.’

Subsequently, he referred to the instance when Kay attended church again following her husband’s demise – and was taken aback by the comments expressing how good she appeared.

In a heartfelt expression, I find myself expressing that I’ve grown weary of the compliments about my appearance. You see, my dear husband has recently passed away, and it feels inappropriate to consider myself ‘back on the market.’

Approximately two months ago, Phil’s family shared a message on Facebook to inform everyone about Phil’s passing, as he lost his fight against Alzheimer’s during his last few months.

Today, we rejoice because our beloved family member, Phil Robertson (our father, husband, and grandfather), has joined the Lord. This is the heartfelt sentiment expressed by Willie’s daughter-in-law, Korie.

I’d like to express my gratitude for the countless hearts that have shown love and offered prayers. These individuals were touched by a man who was given another chance through divine grace, who demonstrated courage in his faith, and who passionately shared the wonderful message of Jesus with anyone willing to listen about His Good News.

She expressed her gratitude for his earthly life and will carry on honoring God’s love and love for fellow humans until they meet again.

As the time approached for Phil’s death, both he and his wife Kay were living in the same care facility. This information was shared by Jase on a podcast.
