Dua Lipa sends fans wild as she welcomes Charli XCX as a special guest on stage for second night at Wembley

On the second evening of her packed stadium concert on Saturday, Dua Lipa ignited Wembley when she surprised fans by inviting Charli XCX to join her on stage as a special guest performer.

In a lively atmosphere filled with cheers from 70,000 fans, the 29-year-old pop icon playfully acknowledged the presence of the 32-year-old British pop star.

She announced: ‘For the next tune, I invited a pal to join me. By the way, she can be quite a handful. Please show your appreciation for Charli XCX!’

After that, they dived into Charli’s catchy song ‘360’, igniting the atmosphere to unprecedented heights as fans erupted in excitement over their stunning impromptu performance together.

During the entire night, Dua continued to amaze with her stunning wardrobe while gracing the UK stage with her performances.

During the nighttime hours, Dua repeatedly left everyone in awe by donning eye-catching attire and delivering captivating performances on the UK stage.

A day ago, she choked back tears during her initial performance at Wembley, which was her debut show. She expressed heartfelt gratitude to her supporters for their unwavering backing.

To begin with, Dua started her two-night performance at the venue, leaving her audience pleasantly surprised as Jamiroquai unexpectedly joined her on stage.

She delivered several of her popular songs while looking extraordinary, dressed in a detailed one-piece and paired with fishnet tights.

Dua accessorized her ensemble with sparkly, knee-high heeled boots and an eye-catching necklace. For another daring style, she donned a pristine white lace jumpsuit.

Afterward, she donned a completely transparent blue dress that reached her thighs, adorned with a slit, and paired it with undergarments of the same color. She also put on stockings to complete the ensemble.

The artist who produced the hit song “Be The One” accessorized with thick-heeled shoes while performing her most renowned tunes, such as “One Kiss,” “Levitating,” “Training Season,” and “Maria.

Later on, she introduced Jamiroquai, whose real name is Jay Kay, unexpectedly as the highlight of the night. The iconic ’90s artist, famous for songs like Virtual Insanity and Cosmic Girl, collaborated with her for a single performance.

Introducing him onto the stage, Dua exclaimed with enthusiasm: “Here’s an individual who truly motivated me during my early days.

‘Someone who I feel like is a massive trailblazer in music and has kind of paved the way.’

She exclaimed: “It’s such a privilege to perform alongside the unique and exceptional Jamiroquai! Let’s show him our appreciation!

On the second evening, American singer Dove Cameron and British singer-songwriter Alessi Rose will take the stage as opening acts, reprising their performances.

As a lifestyle connoisseur, I had the pleasure of witnessing the captivating performance of the British-Albanian sensation, where she graced us with her biggest anthems like “New Rules,” “Be The One,” and “Barbie’s Dance.

To start her performance at Wembley, Dua Lipa turned the stadium into a personal dance floor, launching with “Training Season.” She paused mid-show to express how astounded she felt, calling it a surreal experience to perform there.

She expressed: ‘It feels incredibly unreal and extraordinary! Your presence tonight means everything to me.’

Tonight, it’s incredibly extraordinary to be here. Exactly ten years ago was our initial London performance for around 350 people, and tonight, I stand before 70,000 – a dream I once had.

Following snapping shots with the front-row enthusiasts, Dua made her way back to the stage for a rendition of “These Walls,” which she introduced as the tune that kick-started it all.

She mentioned, “Let’s rewind a bit to the start. This particular song has had quite an impact on my life.

The performer remarked, “‘This is the tune that secured my deal, and it marked the beginning of all things for me. In such beautiful weather, I can think of no other selection to perform. This is ‘Hotter Than Hell.’

As the concert was drawing to a close, Lipa revisited the popular tunes that catapulted her into stardom, such as “Be The One” from 2016 and the break-up hit “New Rules” from 2017.

According to a source, Dua finds performing at Wembley a long-cherished dream. The fact that she’s sold out both nights is simply amazing. There’s still a lot she aspires to accomplish, and she’s not yet at her peak.

With only three albums released, she’s managing to sell out major stadiums, showcasing the profound impact of her music. Her worldwide tour has been an overwhelming triumph, and she’s absolutely ecstatic about it.

Originally, Dua was slated for a single performance at the London venue on June 20, 2025, during her Radical Optimism tour.

Since there’s such high interest, the pop star is going to perform again in London on Saturday, June 21, extending their stay in the English capital by an additional night.

In an interview with Vogue this month, Dua mentioned, “It’s truly a significant aspiration, and I must admit, the thought of performing in a stadium is quite overwhelming. After all, stadiums can appear rather intimidating.

‘Adrenaline is an incredible drug can hear people screaming before I’m even on.’

She commented: ‘That’s when my pulse quickens. Just a moment ago, I was thinking: “Wow, we’re actually doing this.” And I’m all set and eager to proceed.’

Dua confessed her concern that, with larger venues she’s performing at, maintaining an intimate atmosphere for the shows becomes a challenge.

The hitmaker said she was planning to get up close and personal with her fans at Wembley Stadium.

Dua is all prepared to leap from the primary stage and traverse the entire audience, much like she did during her headlining act at Glastonbury last year.
