Dua Lipa puts on a racy show in leather and lace as she storms the stage in hot pants for Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas
As a dedicated fan who has followed Dua Lipa since her beginnings, I must say, seeing her perform at the Austin City Limits Music Festival was nothing short of electrifying! The energy she brought to the stage was palpable, and her leather-clad ensemble only added to her allure.
On the opening weekend of Austin City Limits Music Festival in Texas, last Saturday, Dua Lipa electrified the crowd with her energetic performance, donning a stylish black leather two-piece that certainly turned heads.
At the Zilker Metropolitan Park in Austin, the popular singer, aged 29, drew focus while sporting a pair of tight leather shorts with zippers and a coordinating corset vest.
Putting on a leggy display, Dua layered her leather co-ord over a pair of black lacey tights.
She added inches to her statuesque frame as she paired her saucy outfit with leather-heeled boots.
To accessorise, she flaunted her rock chic fashion sense with a silver chunky chain necklace.
As I reveled in the electrifying performance by none other than Dua, my heart pounded alongside her infectious beats. The sight of her and her breathtaking troupe, adorned in sleek leather and delicate lace, was a mesmerizing spectacle that left me spellbound!
Her stunning performance comes just weeks after she added more dates to the Australian leg of her 2025 Radical Optimism World Tour due to popular demand, but fans still aren’t happy.
Fans have expressed their discontent over the ticket prices for the additional five dates she announced in Australia, which brings the total to seven, instead of the initial two.
As a lifestyle connoisseur, I can’t help but weigh in on the recent controversy surrounding the ticketing practices of Live Nation. It seems that fans are outraged over the perceived ‘disgusting’ dynamics of ticket pricing for the upcoming tour of the Grammy Award-winning artist, as they embark on their journey starting in Melbourne and later moving to Sydney.
Starting from March 19, Dua will initiate her tour at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. She’ll carry on with performances there on the 20th, 22nd, and 23rd as well.
She will then jet off to Sydney to perform at the Qudos Bank Arena on March 26. 28 and 29.
She has Australian dates as part of her extensive worldwide tour, and afterwards, she travels to New Zealand for a performance on April 2nd, followed by further global performances.
With additional dates becoming available, enthusiastic fans have been quick to snap up tickets for her concerts on popular online platforms, only to find themselves taken aback by the steep ticket costs.
One person shared a screenshot to X which showed their tickets costing $349.90, writing: ‘Nawt Dua Lipa/Ticketek turning on premium pricing for her Aus shows [sic].’
“One individual questioned the high cost of Dua’s tickets, expressing surprise and disapproval by saying something along the lines of ‘It’s hard to believe that each ticket costs $460! That’s just outrageous.’
The complaint from music enthusiasts persists, as ticket selling platforms globally implement dynamic pricing on their online platforms, a strategy that’s been controversial for some time.
The strategy sees tickets sellers adjust the cost of tickets based on demand rather than setting a fixed price, leading to exorbitant ticket prices.
