Dua Lipa Bikini Selfie with Lifeguards!

Dua Lipa has delivered an array of stunning live performances during her Australian tour segment, commonly known as “Down Under.

On Thursday, when I, the overly enthusiastic fan that I am, had a day off, I couldn’t resist taking a trip to our renowned local beaches to soak up some sun, just like the 29-year-old singer I admire so much does!

The well-known singer made her way to Tamarama Beach accompanied by friends, later donning a minuscule swimsuit to soak up some sun.

The triangle polka dot number was paired with a semi-sheer khaki skirt with a white lace trim.

For the sunny excursion, the strikingly attractive brunette chose to forego heavy makeup and let her long, brown hair cascade around her shoulders.

Instead of accessorizing her beach-style outfit with various items, she opted for just a few silver rings along with her sunglasses.

Following some leisure time relaxing on the beach with friends and engaging in a lively conversation, the artist put on a white t-shirt and ventured into the city.

The top had the word ‘hardcore’ across the front, and she added a brown belt to her outfit.

As she traveled, the songwriter paused for a moment to snap a selfie alongside one of the muscular lifeguards stationed at the shoreline.

The group then strolled up the street and popped into a popular ice cream chain, Gelato Messina.

Dua treated herself to a scoop in a waffle cone and looked happy with the flavour she had picked.

It’s clear that the popular music sensation needs a break, given all the tireless efforts she’s put into organizing the Australian segment of her Radical Optimism tour.

Recently, Dua arrived in Sydney towards the beginning of this month, following her outstanding performances at five concerts in Melbourne.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I was taken aback when the unexpected happened during the show – none other than the talented Australian artist, Troye Sivan, graced the stage at the tender age of 29! What a delightful surprise for all of us!

The duo brought the house down with an energetic performance of Troye’s hit track Rush.

During their performance, the duo appeared utterly at home, captivating the audience with their stage presence as they gracefully executed the dance routine synchronized with the song.

During her Sunday night show in Melbourne, Dua brought out Australian singer-songwriter Vance Joy.

The singer known for her Electricity tracks teamed up with the vocalist famous for Riptide tunes for a touching duet of his popular song, and their compatibility was clearly evident.

Dua’s Melbourne shows concluded on Sunday.

The star will perform at Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney for three concerts starting on Wednesday. Then, the artist will travel to Auckland for two performances at Spark Arena.

After several engagements, she will return to Europe in May and perform at multiple venues. Her tour, however, will wrap up in the United States.

After putting on five shows in Melbourne, she didn’t exhibit any hints of fatigue, instead spending a relaxing day at Taronga Zoo on Tuesday for a well-deserved break.

Just the other day, Dua demonstrated remarkable agility by reaching her toes to her head during a fancy yoga session prior to a show, which was part of her preparation.

The artist floating in the air, stylishly donned a modern two-piece workout outfit in shades of blue, with distinctive white trim.

Dua flaunted her numerous positions as she completed a range of difficult handstands and poses.

In just a moment, the star is visible performing an upside-down ‘dog pose’ with her body raised high, followed by lifting one leg upward to intensify the stretch.

The studio exuded elegance, showcasing a grand golden gong, white resonating bowls, and numerous dark exercise mats scattered about.

Dua shared an album displaying her workout routines on Instagram, captioning it as ‘Workout Preparation’.

Previously, Dua discussed her fitness routine while on tour during an interview on the podcast Dish From Waitrose.

It was inquired whether her eating habits changed significantly during tours, and Dua responded: ‘Regrettably, yes.’

Once I find my rhythm, establish a regular schedule, build up my physical strength and maintain good health, I’ll essentially be transitioning into endurance phase.

Later on, I’ll be alright since my body is accustomed to that particular state. However, there won’t be any alcohol consumption.

‘Can’t have hot sauce,’ she added, saying that she mostly eats steaks and vegetables.

Her strict but healthy food routine is accompanied by an equally gruelling workout schedule.

Dua mentioned it feels much like rehearsals, with no alcohol, exercise, and constant preparation for every upcoming show – that’s been the routine.

Apart from that, it’s been over a year since I last performed an extensive concert, so I need to build up my endurance again before I embark on festival tours.

In simpler terms, it means you need to be ready for action by practicing multiple activities such as running, dancing, and singing simultaneously. This is to ensure that when the situation requires a quick response, fueled by adrenaline, you are well-prepared.

She explained that during rehearsals, she ensures that any newly learned dance steps won’t cause her voice to tremble.

As she travels globally, this twice-honored Grammy winner prioritizes savoring the cities she visits, confessing that her experiences are primarily centered around exploring local cuisines.

According to Dua, she often ponders over her upcoming trip, followed by thoughts about the cuisine. She then jots down these dining spots in her diary to make reservations, and it seems like her entire day is structured around meals, with other activities fitting in between.

The One Kiss singer said touring is when surprisingly she has ‘more downtime’.

‘Cause I just have to think about the show that night’ Dua explained.

The main goal is to discover the top eatery and attractions such as museums or points of interest, essentially becoming an enthusiastic tourist by exploring the city I happen to be in, which I truly enjoy.

Discussing the reason for her recent album title, the British-Albanian singer explained: ‘For my third album, I had already chosen the title Radical Optimism. To me, it symbolizes perseverance, and if circumstances aren’t favorable, you simply keep going.’

It strongly reminded me of a similar experience I had, and listening to Future Nostalgia left me uncertain about the unfolding events ahead.

2022 marked the year when we could finally embark on tours, and as a result, we packed an impressive 97 performances into that single year, according to Dua.
