2025 saw me, along with an astounding 60,000 fellow enthusiasts, flock to DreamHack Dallas for a thrilling esports-filled weekend that will go down in history! Let me share some of the unforgettable moments from this incredible event.

In a remarkable turnout, DreamHack Dallas 2025 surpassed previous records by hosting over 60,000 enthusiastic spectators throughout the weekend. The event, managed by ESL FACEIT Group (EFG), was held at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas, Texas and significantly outgrew its 2024 attendance of 55,000 participants.

This event made history by showcasing over 600 content creators and hosting esports competitions worth over $2 million. Notable tournaments held were the Intel Extreme Masters Dallas, ESL Impact Season 7 Grand Final, Call of Duty League Major IV, among others. Additionally, DreamHack Dallas 2025 highlighted approximately 125 local game developers and artists, organized an Overwatch 2 Stadium Showdown on the main stage, conducted a cosplay contest, invited TikTok influencers, hosted a live raid with a World of Warcraft guild, and more.
Guy Blomberg, the head of DreamHack Festivals Americas, referred to DreamHack Dallas 2025 as one of their most ambitious events so far. He further stated that from their largest creator gathering to fans traveling from various parts of the nation, Dallas turned out in great numbers. “Our goal was to establish a venue where gaming communities could interact, and the buzz on the exhibition floor confirmed we achieved our objective,” he concluded.
