Drake’s Cringe Moment: Hitting on Engaged Security Guard at Perth Concert!
At his packed Perth concert on Wednesday evening, the Canadian rapper Drake found himself blushing when he inappropriately flirted with a staff member who was already engaged.
On TikTok, video clips showed Drake, known for his One Dance hit, walking towards a female security officer at the RAC Arena. As he navigated through the crowd, he confessed that she caught his eye and was appealing to him.
Excuse me for a moment, could you take a look over here, please? I can’t help but notice her. She’s quite stunning, wouldn’t you agree? If you have a moment, let’s observe her on the cameras together.”
Drake then proceeded towards the woman.
The singer then asked her if she was single: ‘Are you married? Do you have a ring on?’
Regrettably, it turned out that the woman was already engaged, as evident by the shining diamond ring she displayed, making it clear to Drake that she was no longer available on the romantic market.
‘Oh you have a ring on, never mind,’ a disappointed Drake said as he stormed off.
Drake is currently performing to packed stadiums across the country.
Over the span of four successive evenings, starting on the 9th of February and ending on the 13th, he is scheduled to perform at Melbourne’s Rod Laver Arena.
Following his unexpected move of hosting a private pre-tour concert in Australia last Thursday, the artist behind God’s Plan footed the bill for drinks, extended invitations to 25 Miss Universe hopefuls, and established a single guideline: “No phones allowed”.
As a devoted follower, I had the incredible experience of witnessing Drake perform live for an astonishing 90 minutes at Le Club in Melbourne. To my delight, and to the surprise of many fans, he shared clips from this impromptu performance on Instagram, giving the impression that he’d dropped by a local hangout unexpectedly.
Actually, the 38-year-old had booked the whole establishment, which they had dined in earlier, and extended invitations to approximately 100 prominent locals from the social and influencer circles for a gathering later on.
On Thursday night, a line of dark vehicles stopped outside modern French eatery Maison Bâtard, owned by chef Chris Lucas. It wasn’t until nearly midnight that rapper Drake emerged to perform.
After winning $700,000 at Crown Casino, the rapper chose to ignite the festivities by booking the rooftop terrace of a three-tiered venue for a midday celebration.
As reported by The Herald Sun, Drake hosted the event at the bar, shouldering all expenses such as martinis, champagne, and shots for his female companions in their younger years, along with 30 members of his personal team and security detail.

The restaurant’s representative informed Daily Mail that he had indulged a team of ten employees with an initial course consisting of oysters, caviar, and lobster. Subsequently, they were served the establishment’s famous Rotisserie Chicken with Green Olives as their main dish.
‘He met with the chef after lunch to rave about the food, and was a delight to have in!’ she added.
Le Club is an after-hours dining club located in the cellar of Chris Lucas’ restaurant, known for offering “dining, wining, and playing” well into the night.
In a playful manner, Drake sang a mix of unheard tracks along with fan favorites such as Faithful, Pipe Down, Trust Issues, and Rich Baby Daddy, referring to it as his “Melbourne sing-along” in the descriptions of his videos.
One individual, alongside 100 women, expressed their admiration towards Drake’s dance moves in a video where he grooved to the instrumental version of his popular tune. The audience could be heard singing the catchy line, ‘Shake that derrière.’
As a devoted follower, I was fortunate enough to grace the presence of the event alongside Chef Chris, his beloved wife, and their two charming daughters. Notably, Melbourne’s prominent socialites, Bianca Roccisano and Amanda Smorgon, graced the occasion as well.
Drake ranks among the top-selling musicians globally, having sold more than 250 million albums across the world and claiming four chart-topping hits in Australia.
