During a recent live broadcast on Kick featuring Drake and Adin Ross, it emerged that the acclaimed Canadian rapper has already begun work on a fresh project.
Expressing gratitude towards his fans for listening to their latest collaboration, “Sexy Songs 4 U” with PARTYNEXTDOOR, he expressed, “I want to thank everyone streaming the album. With every stream, every step of the journey. Creating a new album is always challenging, it’s like getting slapped.” Ross appeared surprised by The Boy’s swift release schedule.
2023 saw Drake release his latest solo album titled “For All The Dogs”. Coming off the success of “$4U” which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard 200 in February, it’s clear that Drake has been working tirelessly to keep his music flowing. During the announcement of this new project, Drake was spotted wearing merchandise from “$4U”, hinting at more releases in the future. The Canadian rapper is also set to headline London’s Wireless Festival in July and took a moment to express gratitude towards his fans, saying “Shout out to everyone who has been showing us love, on every song. Shout out to everyone coming to Wireless [Festival]. We love you so much.
Stay tuned on the release of the new album.
