‘Dr. Stone: Science Future’ Anime To End in 2026

Summary

  • Dr. Stone: Science Future‘s third and final part is confirmed to release sometime in 2026
  • Final arc sees Senku’s Kingdom of Science journey to the moon to face Whyman and uncover petrification’s origin

Now that Part 2 of *Dr. Stone: Science Future* has finished airing, the anime’s official accounts have announced when the final part will be released. This third part will conclude the *Dr. Stone* anime series, which originally began in July 2019.

The story will conclude with Senku and his Kingdom of Science taking a huge leap – a journey to the moon! There, they’ll finally face Whyman and uncover the source of the petrification. Throughout the series, Senku has used science to rebuild civilization after the world turned to stone, and recently expanded his efforts to South America. Now, with former enemy Dr. Xeno as an ally, the narrative is heading for a spectacular, science-driven finale, and fans are excited to see how Senku’s work to restore the world will all come together.

While there’s no confirmed release date yet, previous seasons have been split into parts released about four months apart. If this continues, we can probably expect Part 3 to come out in either Winter or Spring of 2026.
