Brooke Meredith, the ex-girlfriend of celebrity vet Dr Chris Brown, has welcomed her first child.
The 35-year-old model shared the happy news with her followers on Instagram Thursday, revealing her baby boy’s name.
‘Our darling Fletcher. Born 25.03.26. 3.57kg,’ she wrote.
‘A love like never before.’
She also shared a heartwarming carousel of images of her precious newborn.
One sweet image showed mum and bub bonding, with Brooke giving baby Fletcher a kiss on the cheek.
A second photo featured Brooke lovingly gazing at her new baby, who was being held by his father – a man she hasn’t yet named publicly.
The third picture showed the sweet baby sleeping peacefully in a bassinet, with his little hands resting on his cheeks.
The post was met with an outpouring of well wishes and congratulations from friends and followers.
Sunrise host Sam Mac announced the arrival of Fletcher, writing, ‘So happy for you! Welcome to the world, little one! I can’t wait to meet him.’
Lindy Klim congratulated them, writing, ‘Oh congratulations!! How beautiful!,’ and Dani Wales from The Block added, ‘Perfect boy. Congratulations!’
Baz Dubois, known for hosting Living Room, perfectly captured what many were feeling when he wrote: ‘So beautiful, congratulations and sending love.’
Brooke revealed that she was expecting back in December last year.
She posted a picture of her ultrasound, adorning it on a Christmas tree, and happily announced some exciting news with the photo.
Brooke shared a sweet message celebrating six months with her loved one, expressing her hope for a future together and calling them her greatest blessing. She finished the post with a heart emoji.
Many of Brooke’s celebrity friends took to the comments to offer their well wishes.
Brooke dated Dr Chris Brown, 48, for two years from 2020 to 2022.
The pair did not publicly announce their breakup.
Reports of their split only became known when Chris publicly confirmed he was once again single.
He’s currently seeing Lorraine Monforte, a publicist for Channel Ten in Brisbane. They publicly confirmed their relationship in September.
They are keeping their relationship offline for now, despite it being an open secret.
Before this, Chris dated former Ten presenter Liv Phyland for about a year.
They were photographed together but never walked a red carpet.
Prior to Liv, he was in a relationship with Channel Nine producer Kendall Bora from 2016 to 2018.
He previously dated Hannah Thomas, a project manager from Bondi, and Kassandra Clementi, who is an actress on the show Home and Away.
