People are wondering if Dan Stevens, known for his role in Downton Abbey, has separated from his wife, Susie Hariet, after photos surfaced showing him without his wedding ring.
The actor, famous for his role as Matthew Crawley in the popular period drama, is now promoting his new movie, Swiped, with Lily James.
At the London movie premiere earlier this month, Dan wasn’t wearing his wedding ring. He paired a fashionable green shirt with a white undershirt and black pants.
It’s been seven years since anyone has publicly seen him and Susie together. They were last photographed at a party in Los Angeles in April 2018.
Susie, who is a South African-born jazz singer, does not feature on his social media.
According to a source, Dan and Susie seem to be leading very separate lives and don’t appear to be a close couple anymore.

Daily Mail have contacted Dan’s representatives for comment.
They first met in 2006 while working at neighboring theaters in Sheffield, and he describes feeling an immediate connection.
The couple got married in 2009 and have three children: a 13-year-old son named Aubrey, and daughters Willow, 16, and Eden. Eden’s age is not publicly known.
Dan once mentioned in an interview that he appreciated his wife’s understanding of the demands of being an actor.
Back in 2011, he shared with The Telegraph how fortunate he was to have a wife who truly understood his career. He said she was very supportive of the demands of being an actor.
Because her mother was an actress, she was raised around the performing arts. She doesn’t understand the British class system at all, and even after living in Britain for ten years, she’s still figuring it out.
Oh my gosh, you HAVE to hear about Dan’s new movie, *Swiped*! It’s seriously amazing because it tells the whole story behind Bumble and Tinder – you know, those dating apps? It’s all about Whitney Wolfe Herd, the incredible woman who started Bumble and was also one of the very first people to build Tinder! I’m obsessed with her story, and Dan totally nailed it!
The upcoming Disney+ movie will tell the story of Whitney’s campaign with Tinder, which she launched after noticing disrespectful behavior towards women on the app.

This inspired her to create Bumble, a dating app that empowers women by letting them initiate conversations and take the lead.
At the movie premiere, Dan talked about how dating apps weren’t around when he was growing up. He mentioned they didn’t exist when he was a teenager or a young man.
I’m surprised by how popular it’s become and how many specialized versions there are now, but I’m also really happy about it.
It was so lovely to see Dan out and about! It’s only been a few days since the rest of the Downton Abbey cast – my absolute favorites! – got together to mark the end of an amazing 15-year run with the show and all three movies. It feels like a real chapter is closing, and I was thrilled to see them celebrate together.
The actor won’t be in the final movie because his character was killed off in a car crash during the third season.
