Doting mum Michelle Keegan shares sweet snap with her baby daughter Palma as they sport matching pyjamas

Michelle Keegan, a loving mother, posted an adorable photo with her daughter Palma on Sunday. The pair were wearing matching pajamas!

The 38-year-old actress and mother was embracing the holiday season, wearing a festive outfit while snuggling with her child.

Michelle and her husband, Mark Wright, who is known from the show TOWIE, recently welcomed their baby, Palma, in March.

She penned in the caption of her post: ‘Matching with my girl’ along with a white heart emoji.

Michelle seemed completely at ease while lovingly watching Palma in the comfortable living room of their large home in Essex.

Palma faced away from the camera as Michelle snuggled up to her for the family snap.

This post follows reports that she’s being considered for her first movie role in Hollywood, after gaining popularity from the Netflix series, Fool Me Once.

The actor, who previously appeared in Coronation Street, is being considered for a part in the movie based on the latest book by Reese Witherspoon and Harlan Coben.

Michelle and Harlan Coben are collaborating on a new crime thriller called Gone Before Goodbye. Because Michelle previously worked with Harlan on the adaptation of his novel, Fool Me Once, Reese is hoping to have her involved again.

At the London Literature Festival last Friday, during the launch of Reese and Harlan’s new book, someone shared that Harlan had been enthusiastically recommending Michelle to Reese, and Reese was eager to finally meet her.

Reese and Michelle connected instantly, and it was obvious Reese was very impressed with her. Now, they’re hoping to adapt the book into a movie, and Michelle is their top pick to play the main character, Maggie McCabe.

Maggie works as a combat surgeon, a job Michelle is familiar with thanks to her role as army medic Georgie Lane in the BBC series Our Girl.

According to a source, Harlan and Reese believe Michelle would be a perfect fit for the project and hope she’ll join when the timing is right. It’s still very early in the process.

The Daily Mail contacted Michelle and Reese’s representatives for comment.

Michelle also expressed her admiration for Reese on Instagram, posting a heartwarming photo of the two actresses with Harlan.

She wrote: ‘When two brilliant minds come together… ‘Gone Before Goodbye’ is the result! (And I can vouch for Reese Witherspoon – she truly lives up to the hype, she’s incredible!)

Reese then replied: ‘So wonderful to meet you .. finally!’

I was completely captivated by Michelle Keegan in “Fool Me Once!” She played Maya Stern brilliantly, and it was amazing to see her act alongside the legendary Joanna Lumley. The series, based on Harlan Coben’s book, became an instant hit – it was quickly number one on Netflix everywhere, and I totally understand why!

Harlan has often praised the actor’s abilities and has expressed interest in collaborating with Michelle again in the future.

After her character died in Fool Me Once, Harlan Coben was so upset he desperately searched for any possible storyline – even an improbable one – that could bring the character back for a second season.

Someone familiar with the situation shared with the Daily Mail that Michelle and Harlan became close while filming “Fool Me Once,” and Harlan is very impressed with her. He feels she’s a major reason the show has become so popular.

Harlan recently confessed at the National Television Awards that he deeply regretted killing off her character and would do whatever it takes to revive her for a sequel they’ve both wanted for a long time.

After her hit show Fool Me Once in 2024, Michelle Yeoh was linked to potential opportunities in Hollywood, and she said she’d be open to moving there if she found the right part.

She told The Guardian that she visited America while Mark was there, but didn’t enjoy it. However, she’s open to the possibility of working there if an opportunity arises, saying ‘we’ll see’.

I tend to focus entirely on what’s happening right now, and that’s still how I approach life. I don’t really plan for the future or set specific goals; I just live in the present.
