Prime Video’s new series, *The Terminal List: Dark Wolf*, a spin-off and prequel to *The Terminal List*, has quickly become popular with viewers. It debuted in August with three episodes and immediately climbed to the number two spot on the UK’s most-watched list.
Now that the final episode of the season is out, the show remains popular and is currently the fourth most-watched title on Prime Video UK, according to FlixPatrol.
Currently, *Gen V* and the new series *The Girlfriend* are the most popular, ranking first and second. *The Summer I Turned Pretty* is also performing well, holding the third spot.

Featuring Taylor Kitsch, Tom Hopper, Chris Pratt, Luke Hemsworth, and LaMonica Garrett, *The Terminal List: Dark Wolf* follows Ben Edwards (Taylor Kitsch) as he transitions from the Navy SEALs to the CIA, ultimately becoming the character audiences recognize from the first series.
On Rotten Tomatoes, the show has a pretty solid 75% positive score from critic reviews.

Collider described the show as a well-made example of typical, high-budget entertainment for dads – nothing groundbreaking, but solid and enjoyable.
“The Terminal List: Dark Wolf” doesn’t try to be groundbreaking or overly original. Instead, it focuses on doing classic action entertainment exceptionally well, and it’s enjoyable to watch a show that clearly takes pride in delivering this kind of rare, old-fashioned experience.

IGN noted that while *Dark Wolf* doesn’t offer much new to fans of spy stories, it’s still enjoyable thanks to its excellent action sequences, well-developed supporting characters, and great soundtrack.
“Dark Wolf” is an exciting action drama that expands on the world of “The Terminal List” while still feeling fresh and original, rather than just repeating the same ideas.
JoBlo observed that while the show occasionally becomes overly moralistic about themes like brotherhood, politics, and the dangers of war, and the dialogue can feel a bit corny, the intense and brutal action in *The Terminal List: Dark Wolf* is exciting enough to compensate.
The Terminal List and Dark Wolf are available to stream on Prime Video.
