Dolly and Khloe’s Sparkling Jeans Collab
Khloe Kardashian demonstrated her affection for Dolly Parton by throwing a 40th birthday celebration centered on her heroine as the theme.
And now the superfan is teaming up with the music legend for a new jeans collection.
As a lifestyle expert, I am thrilled to share that I’ve teamed up with the dynamic duo behind Good American, Khloe Kardashian and Emma Grede, to launch my very own denim line called Joleans.
The 79-year-old woman perfectly embodies the collaboration, striking poses in sequined denims and checkered blouses, accessorized with Dolly’s iconic heels, for a collection of photos to announce its debut on April 3.
Dolly casually mentioned that teaming up with Khloe was an obvious choice, explaining that she had taken design ideas from her personal wardrobe for her fashion line.
She shared with People that this assortment reflects her country-inspired style, as she’s been drawn to gingham, denim, and other pieces similar to those in our collection throughout her life. She has a fondness for the glitter and rhinestones that we offer too.
As a seasoned lifestyle enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share that my own denim label made its debut in 2016. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with fashion icons such as Cindy Crawford and Victoria Monet, creating unique, stylish pieces together.
There might be opportunities for further partnerships with Dolly, since she expressed her desire to feature on Khloe’s family reality show, “The Kardashians,” during an interview with E! News.
‘I mean, everything’s possible,’ she gushed. ‘They haven’t asked that, but Lord, you know me.
‘Especially now that we have Jolene jeans and I’m working with them — it may be possible.’
She often communicates with them at various times, she mentioned. I recall that there was a significant birthday celebration of hers not too long ago, where she baked an assortment of Dolly cookies, cakes, and bars.
Last year, Khloe marked her 40th birthday by throwing a party themed around Dolly Parton’s iconic image.
In the latest installment of their Hulu series, viewers witnessed Khloe Kardashian and her renowned family let loose at the ‘KhloeWood’ event, a mix of denim and glamour-themed festivities.
At Kim’s sister’s organized party, Dolly posted a video greeting along with some merchandise tailored for her long-time supporter.
In the video shown at the glamorous gathering, Dolly expressed that she won’t be attending the party someone is throwing, and apologized for her absence. Despite not being able to make it, she appreciated the invitation and believed everyone would enjoy themselves immensely.
Overjoyed, Khloe exclaimed to her friends, “I can’t believe she recognizes me and remembers it’s my birthday – it’s unreal!
