As a game enthusiast, I can’t help but share the excitement as Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning hits the big screen! If you’re like me, wondering if there are any hidden gems after the final credits roll, here’s a hint to quench your thirst for more: Keep your eyes peeled when the lights come up; some intriguing post-credits scenes might just reward your patience.
The thrilling movie blockbuster serves not only as a resolution to the cliffhanger finale of “Dead Reckoning,” but also encapsulates the entirety of the “Mission: Impossible” series up until now. However, whether this truly marks the end of the franchise is yet uncertain; any clue hidden in the credits remains to be discovered.
It is important to note that “Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning” does not include any additional scenes after the main credits, nor does it feature any credit scenes at all.
For long-term fans of the series, this won’t be a surprise.
Interestingly enough, among the other seven films, none have featured significant post-credit scenes. Even the movie “Dead Reckoning” doesn’t include a clear hint at its direct sequel, if you don’t consider a fleeting sound from the Entity as such.

You won’t gain any new insights about whether this is truly the final appearance of Ethan Hunt on the big screen after this.
Even Tom Cruise doesn’t want to say whether this is the final Mission: Impossible movie.
At the Cannes press conference for the film, he expressed his preference for others to simply watch it and appreciate it, as we’ve had a fantastic experience creating it and found it incredibly enjoyable. He wanted everyone to have that same enjoyable experience too.
“Enjoy this and know everything is the culmination has come to this moment right now.”

Skipping a credit sequence for “The Final Reckoning” is a shrewd decision, considering the uncertain future of the series.
Up until “Dead Reckoning,” every “Mission: Impossible” film stood independently, avoiding complications that might tie up plotlines or limit future narrative possibilities. Consequently, there wasn’t much incentive to alter this approach in the current movie.
Additionally, you won’t be disappointed by the breathtaking climax of “The Final Reckoning“, as it stands on its own merit, without needing any additional content in the closing credits.
Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning is out now in cinemas.
The inaugural print magazine from Digital Spy is out now! You can grab a copy of “British Comedy Legends” from your local newsstands or purchase it online for only £3.99.
