Mark Gatiss, known for his work on Doctor Who – both as a writer and actor – penned an episode for David Tennant‘s portrayal of the Tenth Doctor that was ultimately never aired.
However, he’s now teased that it might still see the light of day, but in a different form.
The actor told Radio Times that he once wrote an episode titled ‘The Suicide Exhibition.’ It almost went into production around the late 2000s, but ultimately it wasn’t made.

Others also see promise in the story, and he hinted that Big Finish might be interested in developing it further.
He still has a draft of the story, but there hasn’t been any recent progress or communication from Big Finish. He’s jokingly hoping to receive a call with updates soon.
It’s worth noting that Big Finish, the company producing audio dramas, already has a lot of future Doctor Who projects planned.

Okay, so things got wild at the end of the season! Back in May, it turned out Doctor Ncuti Gatwa actually transformed into Billie Piper – seriously, a huge twist I did not see coming!
More information will be revealed when the show comes back in 2026 with a Christmas special. This year, fans can enjoy a spin-off called The War Between the Land and Sea during the holiday season.
