Doctor Who’s Ncuti Gatwa eyes up Gillian Anderson for “incredible villain” role

Doctor Who star Ncuti Gatwa has named Gillian Anderson as his dream guest star.

As a thrilled fan, I’m eagerly anticipating the return of the Fifteenth Doctor on our screens with a fresh batch of time-traveling escapades! In the run-up to this exciting comeback, I can’t help but feel excited as he recently shared his thoughts with Digital Spy.

He shared exclusively with us that when it comes to someone he’d like to have on the show, his top choice is his “Sex Education” cast mate. He expressed a desire for her character to take on a villainous role.

He finds it fascinating to consider that Gillian Anderson could excel as a formidable antagonist,” he exclaimed, filled with anticipation. “Wow, I’d be so excited! Imagine the possibilities!

Actress Varada Sethu, our new cast member, expressed her delight about potentially working with her past co-stars from series such as Doctors, Doctor Foster, and Andor in the upcoming show, Doctor Whoh.

She mentioned, “I’ve been considering inviting everyone [on set for Doctor Who]. I feel incredibly fortunate for the talented individuals I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with.

It transpired earlier this week that Sethu had been summoned to discuss a potential role with Russell T Davies, which she believed would involve an audition for the part of Belinda Chandra.

While Russell was narrating the entire season’s plotline to me, it struck me that this was highly confidential data – far too sensitive to share during an audition,” she pointed out.

“And then it was like, ‘Oh! I just clocked that this is an offer. This isn’t an audition.'”

As a devoted gamer, I can’t hide my excitement as I eagerly await the return of my favorite time-traveling adventure, Doctor Who!
