As a long-time fan of Doctor Who, I couldn’t be more thrilled for Karen Gillan and her family! It’s always heartwarming to see my favorite actors from the show embarking on new adventures in their personal lives. The birth of Clementine is a beautiful addition to the Whoverse, and I can’t wait to see what kind of adventures she will have as she grows up.

I remember watching Karen play Amy Pond with great affection, and it’s amazing to think that she’s now a mother herself. It just goes to show that even time lords can experience the joys and challenges of parenthood! I’m also glad to see that she’s keeping up the tradition of giving her child a unique name, just like her character did with River Song.

It’s great to see so many familiar faces from the world of Doctor Who offering their congratulations, from Tom Payne and David Dastmalchian to Millie Gibson and Brett Goldstein. It truly feels like a big Whovian family coming together to celebrate this joyous occasion.

For a period of three years on the British science fiction series, an actress portrayed Amy Pond, her role ending in 2013. In May 2022, she tied the knot with comedian Nick Kocher during a Scottish wedding ceremony. They joyfully announced in September that they are expecting their first child together.

I should add that I’ve also starred in the Jumanji film series, just like the legendary method actor himself.
