Fans of the long-running series Doctor Who are in for a delightful surprise! In an exciting update, showrunner Russell T Davies has praised the upcoming spin-off, The War Between the Land and the Sea, as “simply outstanding” and “even better than he initially envisioned”. On the Pilot TV podcast, I had the pleasure of discussing my feelings, and I couldn’t help but express my immense pride in the spin-off that stars the talented Gugu Mbatha-Raw and Russell Tovey. As a fan myself, it’s exciting to see such a remarkable production come to life!
At times, after completing a show, they say things like, “Excellent, impressive, we truly delivered well,” was his thought.
As a gamer, I often find myself in awe during the post-production phase when all the pieces finally come together. I work on enhancing the visual effects, selecting the perfect soundtrack, and finessing the color grading. At times, magic unfolds – and that’s exactly what is happening here! It surpasses our initial expectations, leaving me absolutely thrilled with the results.
