DJ Paul Fisher and his wife, Chloe, have sold the initial apartment in their $50 million luxury building project on the Gold Coast in Queensland.
Pescado is a new luxury development on the Palm Beach waterfront. It will offer six spacious residences, each taking up an entire floor, plus a stunning two-story penthouse. Every home will have beautiful views of the ocean.
Listings for each of the deluxe apartments in the eight-storey block start at $5.95million.
According to The Courier-Mail, a family from the Gold Coast recently bought the property, but details about the sale haven’t been made public.
Fisher said he’s thrilled with how the market is reacting to what promises to be a landmark project in Palm Beach.
Having experienced local professionals – architects, salespeople, and builders – involved in the Pescado project is a huge benefit, and it’s now building strong confidence in the quality of our work.

YLB Developments, the company founded by the Fishers, led the redesign of the area, working with BDA Architecture.
The upgrades included an additional basement parking area, expanded amenity spaces for residents, improved storage solutions, and a more practical apartment layout.
The apartments at Pescado are unusually large, more like houses in size, and each one includes a private balcony.
Designed with a spacious open-plan layout, the flats also offer an al fresco living space.
Residents of The Pescado will have access to a private BBQ area and a wellness center featuring a pool, spa, gym, sauna, and ice bath.
In August 2024, developers received the go-ahead for the project after Fisher purchased two beachfront properties for a remarkable $5.2 million.
Fisher initially purchased a property in 2020 for $2.1 million, and then bought the neighboring property in 2023 for $3.1 million.
A sales campaign is now underway for the development, which is expected to be complete by mid-2026.

It comes after Fisher recently announced he’s expecting his second child.
Singer Fisher, 39, announced on social media in August that he and his wife, Chloe, 33, are expecting a baby in the new year.
Over the years, this couple has openly shared their difficulties with getting pregnant. They went through eight rounds of IVF and experienced four miscarriages before finally having their daughter, Bobbi, last year.
Now, they have shared their very exciting baby news on Instagram in a heartwarming post.
‘Our second little miracle is on the way,’ the post began. ‘Baby Fisher #2 arriving in 2026.
We’re incredibly grateful for this, and it still feels surreal. Knowing all the effort it took to reach this point, we deeply appreciate how delicate and valuable this opportunity is.
I’m just absolutely bursting with happiness for them! That little one is a dream come true, and their message… it completely broke my heart in the best way. Knowing they’re thinking of everyone still hoping and praying for their own miracle? It’s just… everything. I’m so incredibly happy for them, and sending all the good vibes to anyone still waiting – please, your turn is coming!
