DJ Fisher is granted approval to build luxury beachside nine-storey residential tower on the Gold Coast
As an ardent fan of DJ Fisher, I am beyond thrilled to witness his latest achievement – a major real estate victory on Queensland’s Gold Coast. The man who has enchanted us with his beats and melodies is now set to create a stunning architectural masterpiece, the nine-story tower named after his hit song, “You Little Beauty.”
Celebrity DJ Paul Fisher is set for a major real estate win on Queensland’s Gold Coast.
A 37-year-old expert in music, currently hitched to social media influencer Chloe Fisher, aged 31, has spearheaded the recent approval of an upscale real estate project situated at Palm Beach.
The nine storey tower will be built just a stone’s throw from the waterside on two lots he snapped up for an eye-watering $5.2million over the last four years.
According to The Courier Mail, a new residential block is planned, replacing two existing homes that will be torn down, in reference to Fisher’s popular song “You Little Beauty.”
In the year 2020, Fisher acquired the initial piece of land for a price of $2.1 million. Later on, in 2023, he also purchased the adjacent plot for $3.1 million.
As per the latest report, plans for a stylish building, designed by BDA architects, have been given the green light by the Gold Coast City Council.
The tower will be home to six three-bedroom units, which will each boast two-bathrooms.
One notable feature of this building is a spacious two-story loft that includes three baths, four beds, and an outdoor recreation area on the roof.
As a devoted follower, I’m thrilled to share that we’ll now have access to luxurious resort-style amenities! These include a personal pool, a rejuvenating spa, a fitness center, and even a barbecue area for those warm outdoor gatherings.
In an opulent neighborhood of Palm Beach, I’m fortunate to be part of a project where we’ll construct a tower. Notably, this tower will come equipped with a private balcony for each apartment, and every bedroom will boast a breathtaking seaward view – ensuring we all can savor the stunning ocean vistas daily.
Meanwhile, DJ Fisher and his wife Chloe welcomed their first child together in June.
The former model gave birth to a baby girl they have named Bobbi Maree.
After Fisher decided to cancel his planned concerts in New York, we received some wonderful news – it turned out that his wife, who was expecting, had been rushed to the hospital due to a potential early labor.
In December, an Australian music producer, who had previously announced he and his partner were having their first child, posted a concerning update on Instagram.
The star from the Gold Coast announced that he needed to rearrange his future performances in New York, as he wanted to be with his wife during this time.
In December, it was reported that Fisher was expecting his first child with Chloe.
On Christmas Eve, the house DJ known as DJ Fisher and his spouse of three years announced some exciting news through their Instagram account.
‘The most treasured present of all. For years, I’ve yearned for this moment with you by my side, as he shared a photo on Instagram showing him tenderly holding our growing baby.’
In simple terms, “Baby Fisher, our most cherished and anticipated addition, is set to join us on the tour in 2024. We can hardly believe it – the joy of being selected as parents has left us feeling almost disbelieving!”
Chloe excitedly exclaimed, “We accomplished it! @followthefishtv. I adore you immensely!” She went on to express that it was ‘the absolute happiest moment of my life.’
Chloe, having experienced four prior miscarriages, paused to express her understanding towards those facing fertility issues, and disclosed that she’s fought for numerous years to conceive through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF).
Chloe is a model and swimwear designer and the founder of Australian brand Aloé Swimwear.
The young family are currently on tour in Europe with their new born.
