Divorce Drama Heats Up

Isla Fisher and Sacha Baron Cohen are reportedly now ‘at war’ as their messy divorce rumbles on.

In late 2023, an Australian actress, aged 49, ended her 13-year marriage with the creator of Borat, who is 53 years old. The couple had been together for that length of time.

Despite the friendly tone they maintained when parting ways, donning their tennis outfits, recent reports hint at complications arising.

Though their split seemed cordial, with them both dressed in tennis gear, a fresh report indicates that matters may have taken a turn for the challenging.

From my perspective as a lifestyle advisor, I must share that initial attempts at a friendly separation have unfortunately taken a turn for the worse. The distribution of our combined £120 million assets remains undecided, adding complexity to the situation.

According to a source, they initially appeared polite and cultivated, but that facade has crumbled.

‘Nobody is pretending any more. It’s war.’

The tipster stated that Isla seems to be gaining newfound confidence since resuming her acting career. However, this has taken Sacha aback because she’s been vocal in her opposition, causing quite a surprise.

Representatives for Isla and Sacha have been contacted by TopMob for comment.

Previously, Isla spoke candidly about her separation from Sacha and how it impacted her life significantly.

To Stellar, Isla shared that as a single woman once more, with her kids maturing, she intends to redirect her energies towards her professional pursuits.

Isla acknowledged that due to the hardships she has experienced over the past two years, she feels it won’t undergo significant changes.

She mentioned that her professional life was temporarily paused, as she focused on raising her children alongside Sacha.

Previously this year, there was a cordial interaction between the actress and her former partner on social platforms, despite rumors suggesting their separation was becoming complicated.

Former partners interacted with each other on the Australian celebrity’s latest Instagram update, featuring her posing seductively for Style Magazine.

Isla replied some hours later, tagging her ex-partner and writing, ‘Thank you’.

In a joint declaration made in April, 2024, it was disclosed that Isla and Sacha had parted ways privately about a year prior to the statement.

At the end of a lengthy tennis game spanning more than two decades, they informed spectators that it’s time for us to stop playing and set aside our rackets.

In a conversation with the Sunday Times, Isla opened up saying, “This separation has been the toughest challenge I’ve faced, but it’s also taught me a great deal about my own self.

‘I never imagined my family being separated but we are committed and loving parents.’

Isla shared that her parents parted ways when she was nine, and what they’ve managed since then is the kind of harmony she aims to achieve now.

In my fervent admiration, I can’t help but exclaim that their dynamic was remarkably harmonious. I can’t recall a single instance where they seemed to have a disagreement or argument. Their bond was truly extraordinary, as they demonstrated an exceptional inclusivity towards one another.

Last week, Isla posted a heartening message for her followers while dealing with the challenges of her divorce. (Or: After sharing an inspiring message last week, Isla is navigating her divorce.)

On Wednesday, the actress from “Wedding Crashers” shared a lively photo on social media, where she was smiling inside a well-lit apparel shop.

The room was decorated with a heartwarming message that read ‘You are so beautiful’.

Incorporating a bit of wit, Isla additionally posted a photo featuring a T-shirt bearing the message “Tearful Cutie”.

‘I guess I found a tee,’ she cheekily captioned the snap.
