A troubling video has surfaced appearing to show former Disney actor Matt Prokop physically assaulting his ex-fiancée. This comes just weeks after Prokop was arrested in December on charges of possessing child pornography and resisting law enforcement.
Footage from a Ring camera, obtained solely by the Daily Mail, seems to show 35-year-old Prokop physically pushing his ex-girlfriend, 24-year-old Lucy, out the front door of a home in Victoria, Texas. The incident happened around 10:35 a.m. on May 18, 2024.
In the video, Lucy says ‘Oh no’ and seems to be trying to get away, while a little white dog barks from the couch during the disturbance.
The Daily Mail reports that disturbing video – separate from Prokop’s latest arrest – was filmed a day after he supposedly threatened Lucy with a hammer.
According to a police report from May 18, 2024, Prokop grabbed a hammer from the kitchen table and threatened to seriously injure the victim, telling her he would ‘smash her skull in.’ He then pushed her around, causing her physical pain.

The video reportedly showed he was still very angry when he woke up. Later that day, while at a local store, Lucy told an employee she had been assaulted, and the police were contacted.
According to the police report, Lucy was distraught after discovering her partner had been unfaithful and began preparing to leave. However, he allegedly threatened her, saying she would be killed if she did.
In their report, officers stated they found photos showing Lucy had been bruised in past attacks, and videos demonstrating a pattern of Prokop threatening her.
Based on what Lucy told officers about their history, I thought Matthew posed an immediate danger to her, according to the report.
Although Lucy didn’t want to press charges, the report indicates that Prokop was accused of aggravated assault with a weapon, unlawfully restricting someone’s freedom, and resisting the police after not following their instructions.
From jail, Prokop supposedly kept calling Lucy, repeatedly asking her to cover 10% of his $77,000 bail. According to a source, Lucy felt responsible for his arrest and emptied her savings account to help him out.
When Prokop was released, he was ordered to stay away from Lucy. However, a source tells us they have since resumed living together.
According to a source, he’d managed to persuade Lucy that he’d turned over a new leaf and would improve his behavior. The source added that Lucy seemed to be simply focused on coping with the situation.

The former child actor, looking unkempt with a beard in his booking photo, has been charged with evading and resisting arrest. He’s also facing serious charges related to child pornography. According to a police report obtained by the Daily Mail, authorities found what appeared to be child pornography and discovered he secretly recorded a victim in the bathroom without her consent.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Prokop and his representatives for comment.
Prokop is currently in jail at the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office, and his bail has been set at $117,500.
We are told Lucy is not going to bail him out.
Lucy recently told the Daily Mail that she’s focusing on her own recovery with the help of loved ones. She emphasized that taking time for herself doesn’t diminish the gravity of what happened or the pain she experienced.

According to our source, Matt is continuing to bother Lucy even while in jail. He’s reportedly calling and emailing her daily, which is very difficult for her.
