Ahsoka Tano will make a comeback on Disney+ in September, prior to the release of Ahsoka Season 2. The previews and promotional materials hint at an exciting new look for her character. Originally introduced as Anakin Skywalker’s apprentice in The Clone Wars, where she was voiced by Ashley Eckstein, Ahsoka Tano could be the most significant non-Skywalker addition to the Star Wars universe. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to wear a dress made from 10,000 LEGO bricks and carry an Ahsoka-inspired LEGO handbag for the Her Universe Fashion Show.

In the off-shoot, non-mainstream Star Wars world, Ashoka’s BrickHeadz character was hinted to assume a prominent role. The voice actress playfully suggested that this position could be one of leadership as she navigates through the sorrow of her history.
