Disney+’s Marvel Zombies: All 14 Superheroes Ranked by Power Level

The series *Marvel Zombies* includes a diverse group of Marvel heroes with a wide range of abilities. Some, like Ant-Man (represented only by his disembodied head), are relatively weak, while others, such as the Infinity Hulk, possess immense cosmic power. Despite the fact that not all of them survive, each character contributes to the battle against the zombie outbreak.

You can now watch *Marvel Zombies* on Disney+. This intense, mature series features the Avengers battling a zombie outbreak caused by a super-powered virus that has infected many of the world’s strongest heroes and villains.

Even though it’s a cartoon streaming series, *Zombies* boasts some big names from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, like Iman Vellani, Elizabeth Olsen, Wyatt Russell, and Florence Pugh. (You can find more about the *Marvel Zombies* cast here.)

The Marvel Zombies Hero Power Level Ranking

Ant-Man

Paul Rudd voices Ant-Man, who is arguably the least impactful hero in *Marvel Zombies*. The reason? We don’t see the whole character – just his head, preserved in a jar and suspended by Doctor Strange’s Clock of Levitation.

In the new series, Scott only appears as a head, meaning he’s lost his ability to shrink or grow. He’s just a floating head in a situation that requires much more than that to succeed.

Kate Bishop

In the world of Marvel Zombies, Hailee Steinfeld’s character, Kate Bishop, is a formidable fighter – much more so than Scott Lang/Ant-Man. She’s equipped with an impressive collection of trick arrows and shoots with incredible precision, making her a truly dangerous opponent.

Despite her strengths, she’s still human and vulnerable to zombie bites. This weakness is prominently featured in the new series, where she unfortunately becomes one of the first major characters to die from the zombie attacks.

Yelena Belova

Yelena Belova, played by Florence Pugh, is about as powerful as Kate Bishop. Like Kate, she’s a normal human who uses basic weapons to fight against Scarlet Witch’s reanimated forces.

She’s definitely skilled with weapons and fighting, but that doesn’t mean much when you’re facing a huge horde of zombies.

Red Guardian

In Marvel Zombies, Red Guardian (David Harbour) is significantly more powerful than Yelena. He’s the first character shown with true superpowers – enhanced by the super-soldier serum. This gives him the strength to fight and defeat zombies with ease.

Like many heroes, he’s stronger than a typical person, but a large group of zombies could still overwhelm and defeat him with enough attacks.

Shang-Chi

Shang-Chi, played by Simu Liu, is a more powerful fighter than many other characters with normal human abilities. This is because he wields the incredibly powerful Ten Rings – though he currently shares them with Katy, limiting him to five. These rings give him a significant advantage in battle, making him a formidable opponent.

Like many other characters without special powers, he’s vulnerable and can be defeated if pushed too far or seriously injured.

Katy

In the new, mature-themed series, Awkwafina’s character, Katy, gains access to the powerful ten rings from Shang-Chi, making her one of the MCU’s most formidable heroes – even though she doesn’t wear a traditional superhero costume in the main Marvel films and shows.

Her rings are incredibly effective against undead creatures, easily defeating them. However, she’s still just a human, and without those rings, she’s helpless.

Ironheart

Okay, so I’m really excited to see Dominique Thorne back as Ironheart in *Marvel Zombies*! It’s cool – she’s not rocking the full Iron Man suit we’re used to, but she *is* wearing this awesome exosuit. It looks like it’s giving her everything she needs to survive this zombie outbreak, which, let’s be real, is a pretty tough situation.

Riri Williams’ Ironheart suit is designed to stay with her, making it much harder for enemies to take away her powers compared to heroes like Shang-Chi or Katy. However, she’s still vulnerable and could be defeated by a large enough group of opponents or a particularly strong supernatural hero.

Spider-Man

In the animated series *Marvel Zombies*, Spider-Man appears as a relentless zombie hunter—though Tom Holland doesn’t voice him. He has a particularly gruesome and impressive scene where he uses his webs to instantly decapitate a large group of zombies.

Spider-Man’s strength, toughness, and ability to swing around with his web-shooters give him a good chance of surviving an apocalypse, better than many other heroes. However, he isn’t quite powerful enough to be considered among the very strongest, as he doesn’t have cosmic or divine powers.

Ms. Marvel

Ms. Marvel is quite powerful, placing her in a similar league as heroes like Spider-Man and Black Panther – stronger than many, but not the absolute strongest. She has the impressive ability to create objects and structures made of light, allowing her to quickly defeat large groups of enemies, like hundreds of zombies at once.

While Iman Vellani’s character might have powers a bit stronger than Black Panther’s, she lacks enhanced durability or super strength. This means a single bite from a zombie could be fatal.

Black Panther

Black Panther definitely stands out as a powerful and impressive character in *Marvel Zombies*. He has a particularly memorable scene, fighting through waves of zombies right alongside Spider-Man.

Similar to Spider-Man, Black Panther is tougher and stronger than a normal person, so it will take multiple zombies to defeat him, though he isn’t invincible.

Blade Knight

Blade Knight is a significant power upgrade on this list. Not only is he a vampire hunter who operates during the day, but he also wields the power of Khonshu, the Egyptian god of vengeance. Being empowered by an actual god makes him one of the most powerful characters in the Marvel Zombies universe.

The Blade Knight is a powerful fighter, easily defeating undead creatures with his speed, strength, and self-healing abilities. However, even he can be overwhelmed by a large enough horde of zombies, or a particularly strong one.

Valkyrie

Let me tell you, Valkyrie is a powerhouse in *Marvel Zombies*. Seriously, she’s basically a god amongst the undead, and it *shows*. She’s a one-woman wrecking crew, just plowing through zombies with incredible strength. Whatever they throw at her, she just smashes right through it – she’s a total force of nature.

Even with all her power, she isn’t invincible. If she faced another incredibly powerful being, she could potentially be defeated.

Ikaris

In the Marvel universe, beings like the Eternals exist on a level above even the gods. Ikaris, played by Richard Madden, is one of these powerful characters. They’ve guided the development of entire civilizations, taking orders only from the Celestials – the beings who created the universe.

Ikaris is one of the most powerful heroes in *Marvel Zombies* because he can absorb and use energy to fight, fly, and create an incredibly strong defense. However, he’s not invincible – stronger opponents or beings with similar powers could still defeat him.

Infinity Hulk

Topping this list is the incredibly powerful Infinity Hulk. This version of the Hulk possesses the combined strength of all five Infinity Stones. Even without them, the Hulk is already one of the strongest beings in the Marvel Universe, thanks to his gamma-powered abilities.

As a huge cinema fan, I’m really excited about this take on the character. They’ve given him the power to literally reshape reality, which is mind-blowing! It’s like taking the raw physical strength of heroes like Black Panther or Spider-Man and then adding the cosmic, universe-altering abilities of a god-like being. Honestly, it feels like nothing could even *touch* this version of the hero – he’s practically unstoppable.
