Disney Pixar’s Inside Out 2 finally has a Disney+ release date
As a gamer with a heart for animated films and a knack for predicting box office successes, I’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2.” Having grown up watching the original, I can’t help but feel nostalgic about Riley’s return to our screens. As someone who has survived the tumultuous teenage years, I can only imagine how relatable this sequel will be for today’s youth.
This year, one of the most highly anticipated movies, Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2”, is set to make its way to your living room! Exciting news for all, as Disney revealed that the sequel will be available on their streaming service, Disney+, this very month!
Starting from September 25th, that’s just around two weeks away, you’ll have the opportunity to watch the movie streaming on Disney+.
The upcoming Pixar movie, titled “Inside Out 2“, follows the life of Riley, who is now a teenager after moving to San Francisco two years ago. At 13-years-old, Riley is starting high school, which brings a mix of fresh and familiar feelings for her.
As a dedicated fan, I’m excitedly recounting the latest developments in the world of “Inside Out.” The original quintet – Joy (Amy Poehler), Sadness (Phyllis Smith), Anger (Lewis Black), Fear (Tony Hale) and Disgust (Liza Lapira) – continue to run their smooth, successful operation. However, tranquility is abruptly disrupted by the arrival of some fresh emotions closely tied to puberty: Anxiety (Maya Hawke), Envy, Embarrassment, and Ennui. The sequel, Inside Out 2, was masterfully directed by Kelsey Mann and produced by Mark Nielsen.
Back in June, the second installment of Inside Out made its grand debut in cinemas, which proved to be a significant triumph for both Disney and Pixar financially. Breaking numerous records along the way, it eventually claimed the title of the highest-grossing animated film ever produced. Among its many impressive milestones, it was the quickest animated film to surpass $1 billion worldwide. As of now, it ranks as the 4th highest grossing Disney movie and the 8th highest earning film overall at the global box office.
Not only did Inside Out 2 become a box office hit, it was also widely praised by critics. It received a remarkable rating of 91% on Rotten Tomatoes, which is officially “Certified Fresh,” and an astounding 95% approval from regular moviegoers.
