Disney+ has brought back its Christmas Channel for 2025, originally introduced last year, offering a wide selection of holiday movies and shows. In September 2024, Disney+ announced a new feature allowing it to offer live, 24/7 streaming channels with classic content, documentaries, and popular titles from Star Wars and Marvel. This feature is currently available only to Disney+ Premium subscribers in the U.S.
In 2024, Disney+ introduced a special Christmas channel, playing a continuous stream of beloved holiday movies and shows. Due to its popularity, Disney+ is bringing the channel back again in 2025.
On November 4, 2025, Disney+ introduced a new channel called “Season’s Streamings” for its U.S. Premium subscribers. You can find it within the Streams section of the app, and it launched alongside the start of Disney+’s holiday-themed content.
The livestreaming channel will feature beloved holiday classics like Home Alone, A Christmas Carol, Frozen II, and Miracle on 34th Street.
The collection includes several holiday specials featuring Mickey Mouse, such as Mickey’s Christmas Carol and Mickey Saves Christmas. It also features holiday content from Marvel and Star Wars, including The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special and LEGO Star Wars Holiday Special.

Disney+’s Seasons Streaming Channel Is More Important Than You Think
As a big Disney fan, I’m really excited about their new holiday livestreaming channel! It’s actually a pretty big deal, because it means families won’t be stuck endlessly scrolling trying to find something to watch during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s – they’ll have a dedicated, cozy spot for festive entertainment.
This channel provides easy, continuous programming, making it ideal for having something on in the background during the busy holidays. Knowing it can be hard to decide what to watch when streaming, this “Season’s Streaming” channel solves that problem by letting you simply relax and enjoy whatever’s currently live.
Using this approach helps Disney+ differentiate itself from other streaming services like Netflix and HBO Max by becoming the central destination for holiday content. Unlike those platforms where viewers have to search for Christmas movies and shows, Disney+ presents everything in one convenient place.
