Kaitlin Olson is back for the rest of the season of the charming mystery series High Potential, and the show’s creator, Todd Harthan, hints at a shocking return of a familiar face.
I’m so excited about this new show! It’s a remake of a French series, and it stars the guy from It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia. The premise is really cool – it’s about a woman who’s incredibly smart, but she’s working as a cleaner. Then, out of nowhere, she becomes a consultant for the police! It sounds a lot like the original show, which I’ve heard great things about.
The new show stars Olson as the main character, Morgan Gillory. Judy Reyes from Scrubs, Javicia Leslie from Batwoman, Daniel Sunjata, and Deniz Akdeniz also appear in the series.
What to Read Next
Now that the latest episode of season 2, ‘The One That Got Away’, has aired, Morgan appears to be getting closer to discovering the truth about what happened to her former partner, Roman – and the father of her oldest child.
The talented consultant is also dealing with the chance that they might have made a mistake in a recent art theft investigation.

The last episode left Morgan stuck in a hotel room with Rhys Eastman, an art consultant who might be a thief and a murderer. However, when the show returns on January 6th, it won’t immediately continue that scene.
Harthan explained to TVLine that they created a unique device at the start of the episode, hoping it would be both surprising and engaging for viewers.

She wasn’t simply sitting around the hotel room unsure of her next move. This information helps us understand what occurred in that room between the initial phone call and the arrival of investigators at the crime scene.
Harthan hinted at a compelling scene where Morgan’s partner, Karadec (played by Sunjata), questions her about the events that occurred.
He needs to ask her a few things, so we’re beginning the next scene with something exciting and dramatic.
You can continue watching season 2 of High Potential starting January 6th on Disney+ and Hulu. Both season 1 and the first part of season 2 are already available to stream on those platforms.
The latest issue of Living Legends is now available! You can find Ariana & Witches at newsstands and online for only £8.99.
