In the latest version 3.4.24, Dislyte has added a novel component to its gameplay dynamics. Let me explain how Umbra alters the game’s elemental interactions.
In the upcoming Dislyte update, Sieg (known as Siegfried), a fresh legendary Esper, will be introduced. Notably, Sieg belongs to the rare Umbra element in the world of Dislyte.
Dislyte Umbra element explained
Starting from May 27 with patch 3.4.24, Dislyte will introduce a fresh kind of element called Umbra, expanding the game’s roster beyond Wind, Flow, Inferno, and Shimmer units. This new addition to the elements will bring about changes in how elemental counters and matchups function within the game.
In Dislyte, the Umbra element nullifies all three fundamental elements: Wind, Flow, and Inferno. On the other hand, only the Shimmer element cancels out Umbra. The Shimmer element holds no advantage or disadvantage against the basic elements. Here’s a table to illustrate these relationships:
| Element 1 | Element 2 | Relationship |
||||
| Umbra | Wind | Neutral |
| Umbra | Flow | Neutral |
| Umbra | Inferno | Neutral |
| Shimmer | Umbra | Counter |
| Shimmer | Wind | Neutral |
| Shimmer | Flow | Neutral |
| Shimmer | Inferno | Neutral |

Dislyte counters and elements
| Element | Strong Against | Weak Against |
|---|---|---|
| Umbra | Wind, Flow, Inferno | Shimmer |
| Wind | Flow | Umbra, Inferno |
| Flow | Inferno | Umbra, Wind |
| Inferno | Wind | Umbra, Flow |
| Shimmer | Umbra | N/A |
How to unlock Umbra Espers in Dislyte
As of when this piece was released, Sieg stands alone as the verified Umbra Esper within the game. He functions as a Fighter unit, capable of imposing detrimental effects on opponents that bypass any immunity shields they may have active.
Participants will have the opportunity to acquire the latest Umbra Esper Sieg during the forthcoming Nocturne Echoes event, which centers around Ether Discs. Players can obtain these Ether Discs through either Nexus Crystals or purchasing special packs. Once players have their hands on some Ether Discs, they’ll be able to try their luck and potentially get Sieg.

Dislyte Umbra pull rate
Developers indicate that only about one out of every hundred attempts by players yields a legendary Umbra Esper from the Nocturne Echoes pool. Previously, this chance was just one in two hundred, but following input from players, the developers tweaked the odds.
