Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced a closed beta testing phase for their upcoming Digimon Card Game, titled “Digimon Alysion”. This test will take place in August on both Android and iOS devices. The game was initially revealed at Digimon CON 2025 on March 19, and interested players can apply for the closed beta testing until August 2.
Step into the world of Digimon with a new storyline, characters, and evolution paths
If you haven’t heard, DIGIMON ALYSION is a web-based card game inspired by the widely known DIGIMON Card Game and set within the universe of the DIGIMON LIBERATOR comic book and novel series. In this game, you can create decks featuring your preferred Digimon characters, train them up, and engage in thrilling card duels against other players.

In addition, you’ll encounter an innovative original tale with fresh characters such as Kanata Hondo, Futre, and Valner Dragnogh, along with novel Digimons like Gemmon. What particularly piques my interest, however, are the new evolution paths, or digivolution lines, which introduce a fresh perspective to the way you develop your Digimon.
How to apply for the DIGIMON ALYSION closed beta test
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! The much-anticipated DIGIMON ALYSION is gearing up for a closed beta test (CBT) this coming August, available on both Android and iOS devices. However, the catch is that only 10,000 lucky gamers will be chosen for this exclusive test. If the number of applicants surpasses this limit, they’ll resort to a lottery system to decide who gets a chance to play before everyone else. Fingers crossed that I get selected!
You have until August 2 to submit your application for the Computer-Based Test, but it would be advantageous to apply earlier for a higher chance of selection. If chosen, you’ll receive an email notification at the address you supplied for participating in the trial. Remember that as the game is still under development, the beta version may not fully represent the final product.
