On Mother’s Day Sunday, Christian Combs, Diddy’s son, gave a touching tribute to his deceased mother, Kim Porter. Remarkably, this tribute was made only hours before the commencement of Diddy’s sex trafficking trial.

Christion, often referred to as “King,” is the oldest offspring of the 55-year-old rap artist and the late Porter, who passed away at 47 due to lobar pneumonia in 2018.

He posted on Instagram to honor his mother while his father is facing a lifetime imprisonment, by saying: “Happy Mother’s Day, Mommy! I have such a tremendous love for you that no words can convey how much I yearn to talk to you at this moment!

Whenever I’m feeling low, I always find solace knowing that you’re there to lift me up at exactly the right moment! I adore you, if only I could give you a warm embrace, share a tender kiss, and chat with you for hours on end!

As an unwaveringly devoted admirer, I am compelled to express my profound adoration. I believe you’re ever-present, guiding me with gentle wisdom as I walk each path and make every decision. You’re always with me, watching over me. Mommy, on this Mother’s Day, my love for you is immeasurable – a testament to your enduring impact on my life. Happy Mother’s Day!

From 1994 to 2007, Diddy and Porter experienced a series of ups and downs in their romantic relationship. Together they have two eighteen-year-old daughters named Jessie and D’Lila.

As a die-hard admirer, I can’t help but share my thoughts about a fascinating chapter in Porter’s life. You see, there wasn’t much chatter from her regarding her relationship with Combs. However, what I found intriguing was the revelation that, unbeknownst to her, Combs was expecting a child with Sarah Chapman – all while she herself was carrying twins! Yet, remarkably, she maintained they remained friends post-breakup.

Porter had been photographed with Combs and their kids in the months before her death. 

In 2018, I was fortunate enough to celebrate Mother’s Day with them, and ever since, we’ve been diligent team players as parents to our precious trio of kids.

‘We’re committed to our children even if we couldn’t commit to each other,’ Porter once said.

Porter didn’t provide many details about what led to the breakdown of her relationship with Combs, but in 2006, Combs told Essence magazine that he wasn’t yet prepared for marriage at that time.

In choosing to part ways, I made a choice that was beneficial for myself, Sean, and our family. I am eager to progress with my personal life and career, and I wish him success, good health, and lasting happiness – both personally and in his relationships. Despite ending our romantic relationship, we will continue to be friends and dedicated parents to our children. This was Porter’s statement following their breakup for good.

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is currently facing charges for allegedly mistreating, intimidating, and pressuring women over a prolonged period, even at the wild post-party gatherings following his high-profile events, colloquially known as “freak off” parties.

As a lifestyle advisor, I find myself confronted with a legal predicament involving five federal offenses: conspiring to commit racketeering, two instances of engaging in the heinous act of sex trafficking, and two charges of facilitating the transportation of individuals for prostitution.

Combs claims innocence on all counts. His legal representatives argue that the accusers, who were once his girlfriends, consensually took part in threesome encounters.

Prosecutors have said ‘Victim 1’, Cassie Ventura, plans to testify using her own name.
