Diddy rape accuser revealed as ex-wife of NHL star

I must say, reading through this harrowing account of Anna Kane’s ordeal leaves me feeling deeply saddened and outraged. As someone who has spent a good chunk of my life advocating for women’s rights and fighting against gender-based violence, it is heart-wrenching to see another woman bravely stepping forward to share her story.

Previously married to NHL player Evander Kane, Anna Kane is among those who have come forward to accuse rapper Sean Combs (also known as Diddy) in a sexual assault legal claim.

Previously, the music tycoon, now held in federal detention pending a trial on accusations of racketeering and sex trafficking, was apprehended in New York City on the 16th of September.

Beyond the criminal accusations against him, there are multiple civil lawsuits filed alleging sexual misconduct and physical abuse.

Among numerous lawsuits, it’s been disclosed that the accuser in one of them is an ex-spouse of a professional ice hockey player. The revelation was made in recently submitted court papers in the state of New York on Friday.

In court papers obtained by DailyMail.com, Kane – famous for her turbulent marriage with Evander Kane which ended in a divorce in 2021 – has been identified as the primary party involved in the case.

The revised legal document, which required Kane to disclose her identity for the lawsuit to proceed, indicated that this was the fifth lawsuit filed against Combs over a three-week period during winter 2023. This followed a previously settled lawsuit by his ex-girlfriend Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura.

Kane also shared a statement with DailyMail.com on Friday via her attorney Doug Wigdor.

She expressed that she wished to adopt a false name while seeking justice for the injustice I experienced during my teenage years, she clarified.

Afterward, she asserted that the defendants were trying to coerce me by insisting I reveal my name, a move she deemed as an effort to intimidate me.

She went on, saying, “However, I’m far from intimidated. I’m ready to move forward and make sure that those who caused harm to me are held responsible.

The legal papers show that Kane claimed Combs, Harve Pierre (long-term president of Bad Boy Entertainment), an additional unidentified individual, were involved in acts of sexual exploitation and multiple instances of group sexual assault against her.

Kane stated that the supposed event took place while he was only seventeen and still attending high school.

She asserted that she encountered Pierre in Detroit, Michigan around 2003, and subsequently extended an invitation for her to board a private aircraft to meet Combs following a casual mention of the hip-hop artist.

Before boarding the private plane, she mentioned that Pierre coerced her into performing an act involving oral contact with him.

As a loyal follower, I proudly shared an experience with him when he extended an invitation to New York City. There, in a bustling recording studio, I had the honor of meeting Combs himself.

The photos said to be from the supposed studio encounter were added to her latest submission, with her face pixelated due to her being a minor during the event.

She asserted that he requested her to take a seat on his lap for a picture prior to himself and the two other accused individuals encouraging her to join them for more fun and celebrations.

According to her claim, she asserts that the incident occurred at Diddy’s (Combs) music recording studio, where the influential rapper and some others reportedly offered her drugs and alcohol prior to an alleged sexual assault.

Kane asserted that she was getting increasingly drunk until she reached a state where it was impossible for her to give consent to any form of sexual activity, especially not with someone who was significantly older than herself.

I affirm that, according to my understanding of Kane’s account, Combs led me into a bathroom where he allegedly approached me from behind while I was leaning over a sink, without my explicit consent, and engaged in an act that was not consensual.

Combs has denied the allegations. 

She said she was gang raped by Combs, the Third Assailant and Pierre, in that order.

Kane asserted that during moments when she was in and out of awareness, she noticed in the mirror’s reflection that the Third Attacker had swapped places with Combs and sexually assaulted her instead.

As she urged him to halt, she asserted that Combs was seated on a chair outside the bathroom door, observing the incident unfold.

Kane asserted that Pierre began aggressively attacking her, eventually compelling her to perform an act of oral intimacy on him.

She repeatedly asserted that the individuals accused of attacking her didn’t intervene to prevent the attack, but instead seemed to egg each other on.

She asserted that they abandoned her in the restroom and, eventually, required assistance to exit the studio as she was experiencing discomfort.

Then, Kane claimed she was taken to the airport for a flight back to Michigan.

The imprisoned hip-hop entrepreneur, currently detained at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, pending trial for charges of federal sex trafficking, has refuted Kane’s claims and the growing accusations of violence and sexual impropriety directed towards him.
