Diddy hit with more sex assault claims on eve of sentencing as shock death wish revealed

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is now facing sexual assault accusations from two more people – one man and one woman – who have filed lawsuits. These suits were filed just a day before his highly anticipated sentencing hearing.

The former music executive will find out his sentence on Friday after being found guilty of transporting someone for the purpose of prostitution.

He wrote a sincere letter to the judge, requesting another opportunity and quick release. However, prosecutors are asking the judge to sentence him to 11 years in prison for his crimes.

But just hours before his big day, Diddy has been hit with two new lawsuits.

As reported by TMZ, Lakeisha Ward and Dejoan Bledsloe – both legally represented by Tony Buzbee – have filed lawsuits alleging sexual assault by Diddy.

In her lawsuit, Jane Doe (referred to as Ward) claims that Diddy allegedly gave her drugs and then sexually assaulted her at his home in Los Angeles in 2018, following a pool party he hosted.

She states that she signed a non-disclosure agreement before going to the party, and began to feel dizzy after having only a drink or two. NDAs are common in these situations.

In the legal filing, she claims she was led to a bedroom, and that Diddy then sexually assaulted her, specifically stating he ‘climbed on top of her and penetrated her.’

The second person claiming abuse, a man, said he first encountered Diddy in 2009. He was 18 years old at the time, and they met at a party held at the Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel.

He alleges that Diddy offered him a record deal, and then drugged and sexually assaulted him that night.

Both alleged victims are seeking compensation and punitive damages.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has not yet publicly addressed the recent claims made against him. These allegations will not affect the sentencing he is scheduled to receive on Friday for a separate legal issue.

During his high-profile criminal trial in July, he was cleared of the more severe accusations of racketeering and sex trafficking.

Diddy previously shared that he felt he’d be better off dead, expressing significant remorse for his past legal issues in a letter addressed to the judge overseeing his current case.

To be honest, my problems stemmed from being self-centered… There were countless moments in the last year where I felt like quitting,” Diddy wrote in his sincere letter.

There were times I honestly wished I hadn’t survived. Your Honor might feel like punishing me severely, setting an example. But I’m asking Your Honor to see me as someone who could truly turn their life around if given another opportunity.

Diddy explained to the judge that his time in jail was a transformative experience, stating: ‘The person I used to be is gone, and I’ve emerged as someone new. Prison either changes a person or destroys them – I’ve chosen to live.’ He emphasized that the experience led to personal growth and a renewed outlook on life. This statement highlights his commitment to positive change.

I feel deeply shaken and completely changed. Prison is intended to dismantle a person’s mind, body, and spirit.

He pleaded with the judge to give him a sentence of only 14 months for what he had done. The judge had previously turned down a bail offer worth $50 million.

As a lifestyle expert, I’ve seen how trauma can replay relentlessly, and recently, Diddy shared something incredibly difficult. He described the footage of his assault on his former partner, Cassie Ventura, ‘playing over and over in my head daily.’ It’s a raw and honest account of the lasting impact of harmful actions, and a stark reminder of the pain caused by abuse. He’s essentially saying the memories haunt him constantly, and it’s a powerful statement about accountability and the long road to healing. It’s a difficult topic, but important to acknowledge.

I was completely shocked at my actions. I made a terrible mistake by physically harming someone I cared for deeply. I sincerely apologize and always will,” Diddy wrote.

I completely own up to the mistakes I’ve made in the past. The last two years have been incredibly difficult, and I understand that I am solely responsible for where I am today and my current circumstances.

He admitted that what he did to Ventura is something he wouldn’t tolerate if it had been done to one of his daughters. He could never forgive another man for such an act if his own daughter was the victim.

My experience with domestic violence will always be a difficult weight for me to bear. He expressed feelings of remorse, sorrow, regret, disappointment, and shame in his writing.

I truly sympathize with the fact that I can’t excuse something I wouldn’t forgive in others: harming one of my daughters. This is the reason it’s so difficult for me to forgive myself. It feels like a painful injury that has left a lasting, visible mark.

Prosecutors have maintained that the judge needs to deliver a strong sentence to discourage future crimes, but Diddy stated in his letter that his time in custody has already been punishment enough.

The former billionaire switched his life of luxury for a windowless cell with 25 other inmates.

He explained that the room we all share has no windows, fresh air, or sunlight, and that we all live together in a single space. ‘We all live in one room,‘ he said.

‘We eat, sleep, use the toilet, take showers, and prepare meals all in the same room.

The situation my choices have led me to is deeply unbearable. I’m not sharing this to gain your pity or sympathy. I’m just being honest about my experiences and those of other incarcerated individuals.

Life here is incredibly tough. We don’t have access to safe drinking water, so we have to boil it before we can use it. It’s a real struggle. To make things worse, everyone has to share just one washing machine – and it’s not even working right now. Honestly, I live with constant fear. I’m surrounded by drugs, and every single day I worry about being stabbed or even killed. It’s a constant threat, and it’s exhausting. I wish things could change, but right now, I just try to get through each day. If you want to help, please consider donating to local charities.

‘My time at MDC has changed me forever.’

He also mentioned that while he was in prison, three of his daughters experienced important life events – their proms and graduations – and another began her college education. These were all moments he had hoped to witness firsthand, but unfortunately, he couldn’t be there.

Oh my gosh, you guys, his little girl is only two and she’s already talking, dancing, and playing! It’s so precious! And Diddy – I mean, he told the judge he’s just been aching to be there for her, you know? To be the one to comfort her when she stumbles and falls or if she wakes up from a bad nightmare. It just breaks my heart thinking about him missing those moments!

‘Four of my children lost their mother, Kim Porter, as she tragically passed away in 2018. I am their only parent. I have failed my children as a father. My father was murdered when I was 3 years old so I know first-hand what it is to not have a father,’ he wrote.

Aside from his personal achievements, Diddy stated that his income and all that he ‘worked hard to earn’ have been lost.

He stated that his actions led to the loss of all his businesses. He also lost his career, the charter schools he founded, and his good name. He wrote, ‘I have lost all of my businesses. I have lost my career. I lost the charter schools that I started and I have destroyed my reputation.’

Considering everything I’ve lost and learned, I can confidently say I will never set foot in a criminal Courtroom again. And I doubt anyone else would risk that, fearing a similar punishment.

According to a 189-page document submitted to the court and reviewed by the Daily Mail, New York prosecutors have asked for a prison sentence of at least 135 months – that’s a little over 11 years.

Furthermore, prosecutors are requesting a $500,000 penalty, arguing that a financial punishment is appropriate in this case because the defendant’s wealth allowed him to commit the crimes.
