As a lifestyle guide, I found myself perched high above the throng of attendees, casting a disapproving gaze down upon my then-partner. From my vantage point, I observed him serving champagne to the other revelers below, a sight that did little to please me.
Eventually, they had a heated argument, with J.Lo’s sister visible nearby, trying to break the tension by dancing.

The lawsuit filed last week in New York federal court by the plaintiff’s attorney Tony Buzbee details the incident.
According to the court documents, it is stated that when the lawsuit was filed, the person suing (the plaintiff) was 13 years old. Instead of having a valid ticket, they attempted to secretly gain entry to Radio City Music Hall, hoping to join the event without one.
The girl was unsuccessful, but met Diddy’s driver who she claims told her to come back after the show.
She claimed the driver took her ’20 minutes away’ to a ‘large white house with a gated U-shape driveway’.
Once inside, the woman claims she was asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
She mentioned that numerous famous individuals were present at the residence, and alleged that there was a common practice of using cocaine and marijuana among them.
She took a drink with an orange juice-like taste, tinted reddish-yellow, which left her feeling dizzy.
In the 19-page legal text, it is stated that, as the individual was seeking a spot to take a break, they assumed they were entering an unoccupied bedroom in order to briefly rest.
‘Soon after, Combs, along with a male and female celebrity, entered the room.
‘With an intense gaze, the defendant moved towards the complainant in a forceful manner, seized her, and exclaimed, ‘It’s time for fun!”
Later on, Defendant pushed the plaintiff towards a well-known figure in entertainment, referred to here as Celebrity A. In response, Celebrity A started removing the plaintiff’s clothing while the plaintiff became increasingly confused and disoriented.
In this account, I found myself in a distressing situation where I was forcefully restrained by Celebrity A. This individual then allegedly committed a vile act of sexual violence against me, an act that is universally recognized as a grave violation – vaginal rape. Witnessing this horrifying incident were Combs and Celebrity B, another female, who unfortunately chose to stand by and not intervene.
Following the conclusion of his performance, I found myself in an unsettling situation where, in full view of Celebrities A and B, I crossed a line that should never have been crossed. Instead of respecting boundaries, I took advantage and engaged in a deeply regrettable act without the plaintiff’s consent. This is something I deeply regret and will strive to learn from.
In a different scenario, Combs tried to make the plaintiff perform oral sex on him, but she refused. Instead, she struck Combs on the neck, causing him to halt his actions.

According to the lawsuit, the victim managed to leave the location of the after-party on her own, and then contacted her father who came to pick her up and drive her home.
Following the attack, the plaintiff was overcome with a severe depression that still significantly impacts all areas of her life, as stated in the court document.
Over the past week, Buzbee has initiated a total of twelve legal actions, acting as representative for individuals, both males and females, claiming to be victims of Diddy. These individuals are pursuing compensation for their alleged mistreatment.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, Combs’s lawyers stated that the press conference and phone number released earlier today were strategic moves aimed at attracting media attention before the subsequent flood of filings.
Mr. Combs and his lawyers are completely certain about the truthfulness of the facts, the validity of their legal arguments, and the fairness of the court system.
In a court setting, it is the truth that will emerge victorious: namely, that Mr. Combs has not committed any act of sexual assault against either adults or minors, regardless of gender.
