Dianna Agron’s New Accent Sparks Hilarious Comparisons to Hilaria Baldwin

Actress Dianna Agron has sparked curiosity by appearing to adopt a mid-Atlantic accent, about two decades following her rise to stardom portraying Quinn Fabray on the popular TV series, Glee.

During a chat with Vanity Fair, many viewers observed a noticeable change in the actress’s voice compared to when she portrayed the head cheerleader on William McKinley High School from 2009 to 2015.

After watching the video, numerous social media users criticized her altered speech style, drawing comparisons to Hilaria Baldwin‘s shifting Spanish accent.

Despite being brought up in both San Antonio, Texas, and Burlingame, California, it seems that Agron has developed a Transatlantic accent, reminiscent of the one prevalent in early Hollywood during the 20th century.

This includes softening her pronunciation of ‘r’ and strongly inflecting the ‘t’ sound.

Another noted: ‘She literally just invented a new voice I’m so confused.’

‘I’m sorry what in the new accent and voice pitch?!?’ a third joked.

A fourth mused that Agron graduated ‘from the Hilaria school of acting.’

Others theorized that she may have ‘naturally’ picked up on her partner Harold Ancart’s accent.

In the year 2022, a romantic connection was first established between the individual who won a SAG Award and the contemporary Belgian artist now residing and working in New York City.

It’s quite common for people to develop an accent based on where they live, and it’s important to remember that.

A supporter of Agron pointed out, as they put it, ‘During my four years in Chicago for college, I unknowingly adopted a Midwestern accent. It wasn’t until I returned to California that I noticed. It’s one of those things that can occur naturally!’

Two years following the conclusion of her divorce with Winston Marshall (formerly a member of Mumford & Sons), the new relationship started in 2020 for them.

Previously, Agron likewise shared insights regarding the whispers about a potential romantic relationship between herself and Taylor Swift.

When inquired whether she served as the muse for the character 22, Agron replied, ‘Well, if only it were so! It’s more due to a friendship than being the basis for the song. To be honest, I wouldn’t be the one to ask about that. I can’t make such a claim.’

She was similarly questioned regarding whispers suggesting a romantic liaison with the singer, to which she replied, ‘That’s quite intriguing.’

Among the 22 annotations were mentions of several women who are friends with Taylor Swift, including Selena Gomez, Ashley Avignone, and Claire Kislinger.

Around the year 2012, Swift and Agron were close companions, and it was during this period that they both attended Shirley MacLaine’s 78th birthday party. At this event, they both chose to don costumes, as seen in the photographs they each posted.

Additionally, they posted pictures taken at Agron’s unique circus-styled birthday celebration, which Swift described as the “most enchanting evening.

In a few years, Swift publicly acknowledged Agron during the 2014 American Music Awards, as she was honored with the Dick Clark Award for Outstanding Achievement.

Lately, it appears that Agron and Swift haven’t been spotted hanging out, but the actress hasn’t provided any additional insights about their friendship.

She did open up about her breakthrough role as Quinn Fabray in the hit Fox musical series Glee.

When she secured the part in Glee, the actress hadn’t amassed many significant TV or film appearances yet, mainly focusing on minor roles.

She stated that if she were to view recordings of herself during that era, it would remind her of our youth, the love, camaraderie, and family we shared among ourselves, as members of Glee.

She expressed that the experience was filled with emotions, a touch of nostalgia, warmth in her heart, and a boost to her professional confidence. This encounter provided me with numerous opportunities for growth, and I am deeply thankful for having learned so much through it.

Following the conclusion of Glee in 2015 after six successful seasons, Agron shifted her professional efforts predominantly towards film projects.

As a passionate cinephile, I’ve had the privilege of gracing the silver screen in movies like “Tumbledown,” “The Crash,” “Novitiate,” “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” “Headlock,” “Berlin, I Love You,” “Shiva Baby,” and “The Laureate.

Recently, Agron made his debut in the series Acidman, now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, as well as the podcast series titled Narcissa.
