Dhelmise arrives into Pokémon GO during the Beloved Buddies event.
For the initial appearance in the game, the Beloved Buddies event in Pokemon GO features Dhelmise, the Sea Creeper Pokemon. Additionally, there will be increased chances of encountering shiny forms for certain Pokemon, enhanced Lure Module benefits, and other exciting perks.
So, here is everything coming to Pokémon GO during the Beloved Buddies event.
Beloved Buddies event in Pokémon GO
The Beloved Buddies event in Pokémon GO is scheduled to start on Tuesday, February 11th at 10:00 a.m. and will continue until Saturday, February 8th at 8:00 p.m. (local time).
Event Bonuses
During the event the following bonuses will be in effect:
- 2× XP for catching Pokémon.
- Lure Modules activated during the event will last for one hour.
- Lure Modules will attract different Pokémon during the event, such as Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.
- 500 Additional Stardust for catching the following Pokémon: Diglett, Slowpoke, Shellder, Dunsparce, Cutiefly, and Fomantis.
Extra Stardust, something new in Pokémon GO, is an exceptional reward you shouldn’t miss. During this special event, you have the chance to amass substantial amounts of it, so be sure to watch for the highlighted Pokémon!
Dhelmise debuting in Pokémon GO
During this specific event, Dhelmise will make its appearance in Pokémon GO. But, unfortunately, this unique Pokemon can only be found during Raids throughout the event. Although Dhelmise is a capable Ghost-type Pokemon, most trainers may find themselves using a few free Raid Passes and then waiting for it to show up in the wild.
Beloved Buddies event Wild Spawns
During the Beloved Buddies event the following Pokémon will spawn in the wild:
- Nidoran♀
- Nidoran♂
- Diglett
- Slowpoke
- Shellder
- Dunsparce
- Remoraid
- Mantine
- Plusle
- Minun
- Volbeat
- Illumise
- Cutiefly
- Fomantis
All of these Pokémon can be shiny.
