Capcom and Netflix have set an April premiere for their upcoming “Devil May Cry” anime, placing it alongside the “Tomb Raider” and “Castlevania” animated shows, all of which feature adaptations where Dante pursues demons, just as one would anticipate.
Alongside the premiere date, there’s a trailer featuring the opening credits set to “Rollin'” by Limp Bizkit, which fits well with Dante’s demeanor and his casual eating of pizza throughout the chic montage.
In this new adaptation of “Castlevania”, Adi Shankar takes on the role as Executive Producer. Additionally, Seung Wook Lee and longtime “Devil May Cry” collaborator Hideaki Itsuno are also producers involved in the project. Notably, Studio Mir, known for their work on “X-Men ’97” and “Harley Quinn”, is responsible for the animation production.
Devil May Cry will makes its Netflix debut onn 3rd April. Check out the opening credits below.
