Devastating LA Wildfire
Former Home and Away star Pia Whitesell has revealed the devastating impact of the LA wildfires.
On Thursday, the actress (aged 41) shared a video of the ashes that were all that remained of her Malibu house, which had been completely destroyed by fire, on Instagram. All that was left standing was a blackened staircase.
Pia expressed gratitude towards God, standing amidst the remnants of the beachside property, with the waves crashing against the shore.
‘And still… God’s design remains perfect,’ she captioned the post.
Numerous well-known figures have witnessed their luxurious, million-dollar homes being destroyed by fire, with flames reaching both the Hollywood Hills and Calabasas regions.
According to reports, a fire that broke out in Calabasas, known as the Kenneth Fire, is said to have been started deliberately. The suspected arsonist has been taken into custody by the authorities.

The article follows an event where Pia recently enjoyed herself at the Vanity Fair Oscars gathering featuring A-list celebrities.
Previously known for her role in Home and Away, she showcased her long, slender legs in a stunning $5,295 Tom Ford velvet dress with a high, splitting thigh design.
She displayed her prominent decolletage elegantly in the strapless dress, which had a strip of leather adorning its neckline.
Pip completed her look with a pair of black stilettos and a matching coloured clutch.
In their shared residence, she struck a pose prior to their departure for the upcoming event, accompanied by her husband, Patrick Whitesell, who is sixty years old and a billionaire.
Pip’s dark, flowing hair tumbled down past her shoulders, while her radiance blossomed with the subtle hues of a bronzed cosmetics collection.
After relocating to the United States, Pia and Patrick now call a grand $57 million Tuscan-inspired mansion in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles their permanent residence, with ownership held by Patrick himself.
The property showcases a pool reminiscent of luxury resorts, a driveway adorned with olive trees, and also includes living quarters specifically designed for staff.

Moreover, you’ll find a luxurious kitchen for gourmet cooking, a cozy library, and a private cinema (home theater), along with a quaint little cottage for guests, scattered across the property.
I’m absolutely smitten! This beauty sprawls over 19,000 square feet and nestles on a lush 1.35-acre plot. It boasts an elite security system and a gated entrance, ensuring my beloved sanctuary remains secluded and private, hidden from the bustling street’s gaze.
Holmby Hills, a highly-exclusive Los Angeles neighborhood, houses a residence situated near the multi-million dollar mansion constructed for the late television mogul Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy Spelling, who passed away.
Also nearby is the infamous Playboy Mansion once owned by the late Hugh Hefner.
Before they moved in, Pia and Patrick undertook a significant transformation of their beachfront house in Malibu, as the renovation work was carried out during their stay there.
Patrick serves as the executive chair at Endeavor Talent Agency, a position that has earned him recognition as one of the most impactful figures in the film industry.
He’s valued at approximately AUD 630 million, with a roster of high-profile clients such as Ben Affleck, Hugh Jackman, and Kate Beckinsale.
