It seems that Michelle Williams hinted at a potential get-together for Destiny’s Child, as she mentioned they continue to communicate through an active group chat.
On the Jennifer Hudson Show this week, the 45-year-old artist opened up about her history with the renowned R&B girl band that included Beyoncé (age 43) and Kelly Rowland (age 44).
43-year-old Hudson inquired about the nature of Destiny’s Child’s group chat. In response, Williams described it as “genuine” and emphasized its bond of friendship. She playfully hinted that a secret group indeed exists among them.
The Grammy award-winning artist confessed that it might come as a surprise to some, but she is known for being quite chatty within her group. She even mentioned that Beyoncé Knowles-Carter comes in at a close second, and added humorously, “Rowland can talk too.
In 1997, Destiny’s Child joined Columbia Records, and throughout the early 2000s, they experienced several member changes. Despite these alterations, they went on to sell more than 100 million records before calling it quits in 2006. Since then, the original three members have occasionally reunited for performances, such as at Beyoncé’s Coachella concert in 2018.
Williams’ disclosure emerges amidst clamors from fans hoping that the cherished threesome will reunite once more.

Indeed, passionate admirers have been filling up Destiny’s Child’s Instagram feed with heartfelt messages, hoping that the band will unite for one more special performance before disbanding again.

As a loyal follower, during my prime years, Destiny’s Child unveiled an impressive five studio albums. These musical masterpieces yielded four US Billboard Hot 100 chart-toppers – Say My Name, Independent Women Part I, Bootylicious, and Bills, Bills, Bills.
Back on November 15, 2004, they put out their last album titled Destiny Fulfilled. Over time, this collective encountered a series of internal disputes and legal challenges.

In November, Beyoncé and Kelly attended a Broadway performance of “Death Becomes Her,” where Michelle was starring.
Following their short get-together, Michelle shared with PEOPLE that she felt strongly ‘rooted’ or secure, having her ex-bandmates among the audience.
As a film enthusiast, it was truly delightful to have them present since I know their appreciation for the movie mirrors my own excitement.
As I stood amongst them, I found myself feeling rooted and grounded. Despite our long hiatus from performing together, their presence instantly transported me back to those memorable moments when we shared the stage.
Despite not being there physically, their presence felt strong. It provides an extra boost as I continue performing in the show.
