Dessert Masters: Judge Amaury Guichon Hints at Season 3 Return

Amaury Guichon shares his thoughts about the Australian cooking show, Dessert Masters, and whether he’d be interested in participating in another season.

The well-known pastry chef, who sat as a judge alongside Melissa Leong during seasons one and two of the popular Channel Ten cooking series, expressed optimism that the show might make a comeback.

The individual, who is 34 years old, expressed optimism when he said, “I truly believe… It seems likely that there will be a third season,” during an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Australia at his chocolate shop opening in Sydney.

Here are two exceptional periods we enjoy. Engaging with the Dessert Masters competition suits me well due to my commitments to other shows in the U.S., yet there’s an undeniable charm here that sets it apart.

‘The people are so passionate about what they do that you can really see on the screen.’

In the years 2023 and 2024, the show “Dessert Masters” ruled the television ratings, thanks to Amaury and Melissa being in charge.

The initial season featured a team of Australian pastry artists vying for a $100,000 reward and boosting the channel’s viewership in the tough reality TV industry competition.

In the major cities, a total of 451,000 Australians chose to watch the first episode, with many expressing admiration for the long-standing television personality.

The popular show “Dessert Masters” is preparing to come back for another round, but the broadcasting company is waiting a bit longer before making an official announcement; they’ll do so only after the second season has wrapped up.

In the previous year, there was significant anticipation for the premiere of Dessert Masters, as expressed by a representative from Ten to Daily Mail Australia.

‘In 2024, we are delighted to plate up second helpings.’

On Wednesday, Amaury, residing in Las Vegas, jet-setted to Sydney for the private Amaury Guichon Chocolate pop-up event happening at Martin Place, which was organized by American Express as part of their delectable Month Out series.

In an impeccable white fitted shirt and sleek black pants, the chocolatier stood smartly next to his fellow judge Melissa Leong from Dessert Masters.

43-year-old Melissa elegantly displayed her fashionable flair, donning a Gucci neck scarf paired with a sleek black business attire, and completed the look with a compact black Yves Saint Laurent handbag.
