Derek Hough looks muscular in a tank top at LA home… after revealing if he will return to Dancing With The Stars
As an ardent fan of Dancing With The Stars (DWTS), I am simply ecstatic to see my beloved Derek Hough back in action! With his muscular physique and dedication to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, it’s no surprise he’s partnering with Starkist for their protein-packed snacks. This Utah native never fails to impress me, whether it’s on the dance floor or while running errands in LA.
In a recent Instagram post, Derek Hough showcased his well-defined physique, clad in a light blue tank top, at his residence in Los Angeles.
In his backyard, overlooking the picturesque valley, a 39-year-old dance professional chose to exercise.
He then enters his kitchen where he find a protein-heavy snack: a pouch of Starkist.
The actor has been announced as a representative of the brand as he tagged the clip an ad.
He mentioned on Instagram that no matter if he’s dancing, working out at the gym, or going for a hike, StarKist provides him with a variety of delicious, easy-to-eat, and convenient protein pouches in tuna, salmon, chicken, and now even beef flavors, ensuring he’s always covered!
As a long-time fan of “Dancing with the Stars,” I can’t help but be intrigued by whether my fellow Utah native will rejoin the show as a judge. Having grown up in the same state, I’ve always felt a special connection to him and his successes. His life story – from competitive dancer to successful choreographer and now potential judge on one of my favorite shows – is truly inspiring. I can only imagine the wealth of knowledge and expertise he would bring to the judging panel. I eagerly await the official announcement, hoping that he will return to the show that has brought so much joy into my life.

The brother of Julianne Hough has been busy preparing to go back to work.
He is joining Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli as he returns as a judge for the upcoming 33rd season of Dancing With The Stars.
Julianne and Alfonso Ribeiro will also return as co-hosts, according to People.
The list of celebrities have not been revealed as of yet.
Season 33 will premiere on Tuesday, September 17 on ABC and Disney+ at 8 pm ET.
Carrie Anne, aged 56, and Bruno, aged 68, have served as judges on a particular show since its debut in 2005 – the inaugural season of that program.
Len Goodman was a judge from the very first season up until season 20. He then came back to judge again in seasons 22 through 28, and also judged during seasons 30 and 31.
He died April 22, 2023 at age 78 due to prostate cancer.
In the 29th season, Derek transitioned into the role of a judge, but before that, he had been a dancer on the show from seasons 5 to 11, as well as seasons 13 through 21 and 23.
Last year, Julianne took over as a co-host when Tyra Banks decided to relinquish her hosting responsibilities, having held the position for three years before that.
Before taking on the role of co-host, Julianne had served as a judge from 2014 to 2021, and was also a professional dancer from 2007 to 2009.
Alfonso became a co-host in 2022 alongside Tyra.
Previously, Alfonso shared with Entertainment Tonight his belief that the dynamic between him and Julianne as co-hosts would be exceptional.
Adding: ‘We’ve known each other so long. She was a judge on my season. We’ve known each other through the years and our energy just fees so right,’
Approximately two and a half hours after we had sat down for lunch, we found ourselves saying, “Perhaps it’s time to head home and get some work done.”
I believe we’ll be able to clearly see that type of chemistry and friendship in the program for the viewers.
Season 33 will debut on Tuesday, September 17 at 8 pm ET on Disney+ and ABC.
