In recent developments, photographs emerged showing Denise Richards for the first time since her former spouse, Aaron Phypers, publicly alleged infidelity during their contentious divorce proceedings.

54-year-old actress casually disregarded the turmoil during a leisurely meal at Cross Creek, Malibu, alongside her daughters, Sami (age 21) and Eloise (age 13). However, it was conspicuous that she was not wearing her wedding ring.

She even shared a lighthearted moment, snapping a photo of Sami and her dog on her phone.

They donned a navy tank top, tastefully tucked into a pair of light blue denims, projecting an effortless yet stylish vibe.

Richard adorned her ensemble with a broad-rimmed straw hat on top of her head, along with a pair of sunglasses.

Sami wore a white tank top along with low-rise blue denim pants, while Eloise donned black overall shorts on top of a grey T-shirt.

Following allegations by Denise’s former partner that he discovered her infidelity, which ignited a heated argument, he chose to initiate divorce proceedings. (Denise is an ex-cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.)

52-year-old Phypers recently filed for divorce from Richards, marking July 4th as their separation date, following six years of wedlock.

In an interview with TMZ, Phypers (who Richard has accused of physical abuse) claimed that he learned this year that Denise was unfaithful to him.

The businessman asserted that he discovered communications between Richards and a different individual on her computer, containing multiple self-portraits and loving messages such as her expressing hopes for his peaceful sleep.

Additionally, he asserted that other communications implied Richards and the other gentleman were arranging a secret meeting at a hotel, attempting to surreptitiously enter her room.

Phypers stated that he addressed the rumored infidelity with Richards, and in the end, they opted to stay as a couple.

But a major July 4th weekend dispute ultimately prompted him to file for divorce.

Richard asserted that the argument began when Phyper used disrespectful words towards him and requested his mobile device.

Phypers mentioned that his phone had been lost for more than a day, and when he inquired from Richards about it, she reportedly became violent, striking and scratching him. Later on, he discovered the phone shattered in the trash bin marked for recycling.

He thinks Richard destroyed his phone as it contained pictures of messages that appeared to confirm the rumored affair between him and Richard.

Over the weekend, he asserted that Richard had texted his mother about wanting to end their marriage, leading him to initiate the divorce proceedings beforehand.

Phypers filed for divorce July 7, citing irreconcilable differences.

Although Richard hasn’t officially answered Phypers’ petition for spousal support in court yet, he’s been accused by her of severe domestic abuse.

On a Wednesday, the previous actress petitioned a court in Los Angeles for a protective order, stating that her separated partner frequently abused her physically during their marriage, and had even given her a black eye following an episode of paranoia about hidden microphones within potted plants.

Phypers asserts that the accusations are unfounded, explaining that the black eye visible on Richard’s photo in the recent inflammatory court filing was instead due to an accidental fall while intoxicated.

A judge granted a domestic violence restraining order against Phypers.

Phypers asserts that she requested a domestic violence restraining order primarily as a means to divert focus from the accusations of her alleged affair.

He emphasized again that he never physically harmed Richards, clarifying, “I’ve never struck my wife in the face.

Additionally, he asserted that Richard often stumbles and this is awkward, a fact that many are aware of, following his earlier statement that the black eye occurred due to a mishap while intoxicated.

The pair’s marriage was plagued by other issues as well.

Phypers posted snapshots of their communal dwelling, revealing a messy interior filled with assorted belongings strewn about.

He asserts that it fell upon him and his family to manage and look after Richard’s real estate and livestock.

A trustworthy individual close to Phypers recently told DailyMail.com that Phypers has never physically harmed Richards, and considered the accusations to be false.

The source indicated: ‘This aligns with Denise Richards’ persistent dishonesty regarding her struggle with alcohol.’

As a devoted follower, I can share this perspective: ‘In early winter of 2022, the image you see was captured. To clarify, on that particular occasion, I had indulged in too much alcohol and unfortunately slipped while ascending the steps leading to Aaron’s clinic Q360.’

‘She tripped on the stairs, scraping the edge of her eye, and afterwards she went to the office for treatment. They applied ice there to help with the injury.’

At that specific moment, the office was bustling with numerous individuals who witnessed the incident. It’s important to note that Aaron has never made physical contact with her, and he has no intention of doing so in the future.

Previously, Richardson has openly discussed her struggle with addiction. In the year 2023, her speech seemed unclear during an appearance on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, causing some viewers to express concern.

Phypers responded to the latest accusations from his separated spouse by releasing a statement of his own, in which he stated: “I feel compelled to comment on the recent gossip and conjecture circulating about my personal life with Denise Richards.

Allow me to make this absolutely clear: I’ve never inflicted physical or emotional harm on Denise, or any other person for that matter. These allegations are entirely unfounded and incredibly painful.

Denise and I, similar to numerous other couples, have encountered our fair share of difficulties. However, it’s important to clarify that any insinuation or accusation of abuse towards us is absolutely false.

As a devoted admirer of our union, I’ve consistently strived to nurture it with love, understanding, and reverence. At this moment, we’re dealing with private issues, and I kindly request discretion. Two weeks back, the struggle over their divorce started unexpectedly for Richards, as Phypers initiated the process by filing for the dissolution of their marriage – a move which came as a shock, given that Richards had previously expressed in public that she did not wish to experience another divorce.

Additionally, he requested a monthly spousal support of $105,000, stating that his income had become zero due to the closing of his clinic in October the previous year.

Consequently, he depends on the earnings from his wife’s income sources, which he stated in court to be approximately $250,000 per month. A significant portion of this income comes from her work on OnlyFans and her canceled reality show titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.

In a recent installment of her reality series “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things,” Denise Richards confessed to encountering difficulties within her marriage earlier this year.

In a March episode of the E! reality show, the mother of three declared, “Being married to me isn’t simple, but here’s the truth – I’ve had enough.

‘I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f****** get divorced.’

In response, Phypers added that they might reside in different homes, but emphasized, “We won’t let hatred take over.

Previously, Richardson was married to the unpredictable actor Charlie Sheen. They divorced in April 2006, when she was expecting their second child, Sami.

In addition to the divorce documents, she filed a restraining order against him (Charlie Sheen, aged 59). This order prohibits him from approaching within 300 feet of his former wife and daughters.

In 2010, it was decided that she would have full legal control over their shared children, a choice attributed to marital conflicts, substance abuse concerns, and legal troubles.

Phypers later adopted Richards’ daughter Eloise.
