Denise Richards is prepared to involve The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in the contentious legal dispute she has with her former spouse, Aaron Phypers.
The 54-year-old actress, who was a main cast member on the popular Bravo series between 2019 and 2020, is said to be considering using clips from the show as supporting material when asking for a long-term restraining order.
According to Us Weekly, an episode from 2020 that caused quite a stir among viewers when it initially aired will be included in the case.
Daily Mail has reached out to Richards and Phypers for comment.
In the depicted scenario, Denise and Aaron are noticed exiting Kyle Richards’ residence, with Denise advising her spouse at the time to remain silent, expressing, “Sweetheart, not a single word should be spoken. We’re being filmed.
‘I won’t let you dictate my words, otherwise, I might have to hurt your hand. Stop it now.’
At the gathering, when the subject arose, Aaron asserted that he hadn’t recalled making the threat towards me, instead expressing fear in his words.

Apart from the Bravo video evidence, the source claims Denise additionally intends to present a set of text conversations and pictures to further bolster her argument.
Recent updates follow closely on the heels of Denise’s petition to the court, requesting that both Aaron and his mother be called to testify regarding her accusations of abuse.
On Monday, Denise is scheduled to attend a court hearing. The purpose of this hearing is potentially to convert her current temporary restraining order against Aaron into a permanent one, given the ongoing nature of their divorce proceedings.
As reported by TMZ, Denise named Aaron and Patricia Phypers (who is 84 years old) as her witnesses, according to the report.
In legal documents, she stated that Patricia intends to speak about their discussions concerning the abusive actions towards Denise, which were allegedly committed by Aaron.
It’s expected that Patricia’s time on the witness stand will likely be around an hour, whereas Aaron’s testimony might last up to four hours.
Denise herself expects to testify for roughly six hours.
In simpler terms, Phypers chose to end his marriage, which had lasted six years, on July 4th, marking that day as the legal separation date.

The filing cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason for the breakup.
According to court papers acquired by DailyMail.com in July and containing disturbing images of Richards with a black eye, it came to light on the 16th of July that Richards had filed for protective measures. The filing accused Phypers of severe abuse that reportedly occurred throughout their entire relationship.
In the course of our partnership, Aaron often engaged in acts of severe choking, harshly gripping my head with both hands, forcefully squeezing my arms, slapping me violently across my face and head, aggressively ramming my head into the bathroom towel rack, menacingly threatening to take my life, pinning me down with his knee on my back until I had to beg him to stop for fear of being killed, and illegally accessing my laptop and phone to download all my text messages, as Denise detailed in her application for a Domestic Violence Restraining Order.
As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase that statement like this: “I’ve been in situations where Aaron would often threaten me, saying he’d ‘shatter my chin,’ followed by tears, pleas for me to stick around, and promises of seeking help. Regrettably, these heartfelt declarations were merely empty words, as no genuine actions ever materialized.

As a loyal follower, I can assertively say that I’ve endured no less than three instances of concussions, allegedly inflicted by Aaron. Furthermore, it’s been shared with me that Aaron planted recording devices to capture footage when I was unaccompanied in hotel rooms and at my townhouses.
Phypers firmly refutes the accusations, stating emphatically to Daily Mail: “I want to make it absolutely clear: I have never physically or emotionally harmed Denise – or anyone.
‘The claims made against us are entirely baseless and profoundly painful. Just like numerous other couples, Denise and I have experienced our fair share of difficulties, but allegations of abuse in no way reflect our reality; they are absolutely false.’
According to recent reports, Richardson allegedly stated that the house she used to live in with Phillips had been significantly damaged by her estranged spouse and his relatives last month.
According to reports by Us Weekly, who obtained the pictures, Bravo star is said to have provided photographs of her Calabasas mansion supposedly in a messy state as part of her ongoing divorce proceedings with Aaron, suggesting disarray within the property.
According to the report, Denise stated that Aaron, along with his family members including his parents and brother, caused significant damage to their home, leaving it in a chaotic and untidy condition.
According to someone familiar with the situation who spoke to Us Weekly, they disputed Richard’s statements. This source also hinted that since Denise left the house in 2023, the family had made significant efforts to clean and declutter it.
The photos shown to the court depicted various rooms with clutter strewn about.
Previously this past month, Richards requested for a temporary eviction of Phypers and his family from the house they lease in Calabasas.
According to documents obtained by People, Richard’s request to the judge involves ordering her former partner, along with his mother, father, and brother, to vacate the shared residence for a duration of eight hours. This timeframe allows Richard to collect her pets and personal items peacefully.

On August 3, Aaron was already at home when Denise unexpectedly showed up at their residence, as reported by TMZ, to collect her pet. Upon learning that she was there, he promptly left out of caution due to the existing restraining order.
Phypers’ parents allowed Richard into their home, and he forcefully entered, demanding the dog, and raised his voice at them, angrily asserting that they should immediately leave the house, with him pointing his finger at them.
Outside her home, Richards was observed engaging in a discussion with three deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office. Their visit ensued upon their response to her arrival, and it resulted in them determining that no criminal activity had transpired, thereby preventing any arrests.
Aaron, with no earnings to his name, submitted a divorce petition from Richardson on July 7th, following six years of matrimony. He is seeking approximately $105,000 per month in alimony.
In December 2017, the former pair started going out together, shortly after Aaron’s divorce from actress Nicollette Sheridan from ‘Desperate Housewives’, which was made official in 2018, had been finalized.
They wed in 2018.
