Denise Richards is back on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills! The trailer for the upcoming fifteenth season was released on Tuesday and promises plenty of drama.
The actress, 54, is currently going through a difficult breakup with Aaron Phypers. She recently appeared in a preview for the new season of the Bravo reality show alongside co-stars like Kyle Richards and Erika Jayne.
The new season, featuring newcomers Amanda Frances and Rachel Zoe, will premiere on December 4th.
In the three-minute video, Richards is shown walking towards a restaurant, making a noticeable entrance.
The video then showed her asking, while sitting at a table, “How could you release nude photos of your wife?”
Jayne asked if the actor was scared, and he responded with a simple, ‘Yes, very much so.’
It’s unclear from the trailer who Richards is talking about, but she is currently going through a divorce from her husband, Aaron Phypers.
The couple married in 2018, but he filed for divorce from Richards in July, stating they had irreconcilable differences. They separated on July 4, 2025.
Just days after filing for divorce, Richards obtained a temporary restraining order.
He was arrested last month near the courthouse and charged with four serious crimes related to domestic violence.
Michael Finley, the lawyer representing Phypers, stated to the Daily Mail that they find it strange criminal charges are being filed now, considering the allegations are from almost four years in the past.
We believe Denise’s claims aren’t true, and we anticipate the evidence will demonstrate Aaron didn’t commit the act, ultimately clearing his name.
In July, Richards accused Phypers of breaking a temporary restraining order and stealing personal photos. She also stated that Phypers caused her three concussions and surprisingly, that her marriage to Charlie Sheen was preferable.
Richards is no stranger to the world of RHOBH, and previously starred in the hit series.
She first appeared on the show in 2015, then came back as a guest star from 2019 to 2020, and again from 2023 to 2024.
I was so glad to see Denise Richards back! From what I understand, she connected with some of the other women while going through her very public divorce, and they were there for her, offering the support she really needed. It was heartwarming to watch.
Last August, she was spotted chatting with her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars, Lisa Rinna and Sutton Stracke, while filming in Los Angeles.
In March, Richards mentioned in an interview with Collider that she’d be open to coming back to the reality show.
I really enjoyed my time on ‘Housewives’ and have so many great memories from the show. It was a lot of fun!
Despite some difficulties, she said she’d happily repeat the experience, as she especially appreciated that the show centers on the women and their bonds with each other.

However, the series was cancelled by the network after just one season.
The trailer for season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills highlighted the cast’s fun summer adventures, including trips to the Hamptons, Sedona, and Florence, Italy.
Some of the cast are unsure about the new housewife, Amanda Frances. Jayne even commented that something felt strange about her.
Bozoma Saint John acknowledged Frances’s point, but later told her, ‘You need to be more open about what’s going on in your life.’
Frances was talking with her husband, who thought one of her colleagues might feel intimidated by her.
She explained that she’s young and financially independent, having achieved success on her own. She contrasted this with another woman who relied on a man to manage her finances, a situation that ultimately didn’t work out well.
While having dinner with the show’s cast, Kathy Hilton was involved in a tense exchange and told someone to be more aware of the situation and their position.
Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley were also seen in a heated exchange of their own amid their feud.
Rachel Zoe, a new addition to the show, didn’t hesitate to share her thoughts on one of the housewives, saying she believes the woman is insincere and tries to please everyone.
Kemsley was overheard telling Hilton that she was finished with silently accepting mistreatment, declaring, ‘Those days of me just putting up with everything are over!’
Jennifer Tilly will return in the new season, and her ongoing conflict with Sutton Stracke is expected to escalate.
I couldn’t believe it when Tilly brought up Garcelle leaving the show – right as she was walking out of dinner! It was such a tense moment, and bringing that up just seemed to escalate everything.
‘That’s why Garcelle left because it’s always all about Sutton,’ she said.
The teaser ended with Zoe covering her face and sadly admitting, ‘I was hoping for a fun summer, but it’s not turning out that way.’
