A source near to Phypers has responded, asserting that he’s never physically harmed her, and labeling the accusations as falsehoods.

According to the source, this situation aligns with Denise Richards’ continued tendency to conceal her struggle with alcohol addiction.

The photograph was captured during winter 2022, and it’s important to note that she was intoxicated while climbing the stairs towards Aaron’s Q360 clinic, resulting in a fall.

She tripped on the stairs, scraping her eyelid, and subsequently headed to the office for medical attention where they applied ice to the affected area.

According to Richards’ account, the event that took place on the night of January 17, 2022, around 7:30 PM was quite distinct from what transpired, as he describes it happening off regular work hours at Aaron’s workplace in Malibu.

In his writing, Richard mentioned that a woman from his family was there. He then proceeded to move multiple indoor plants towards the room’s center, growing increasingly anxious that these plants might have hidden microphones or eavesdropping devices.

A law enforcement officer, frequently found in the parking area for such tasks as filling out forms or using the facilities, moved towards the entrance upon hearing shouts.

Following the officer’s departure, Aaron began shouting again before hitting me forcefully on the eye with the back of his hand, all while hurling the insult, “You’re a goddamn bitch.

‘The relative who was there saw the attack and swiftly grabbed some frozen items to help with the swelling. I’ve included a genuine photograph of my black eye (Exhibit 3) as evidence.’

The recent document submission represents a new development in a bitter divorce dispute, which erupted about fortnight ago upon Phypers’ unexpected filing for divorce – taking Richards by surprise, as she had openly expressed her desire to avoid another divorce.

In addition to submitting the necessary paperwork, he requested monthly spousal support amounting to $105,000 and stated that his earnings were nonexistent due to the closing of his clinic in October.

Consequently, due to his circumstances, the 52-year-old primarily depends on his wife’s earnings. In court, he stated that her income amounted to approximately $250,000 per month. Most of this money comes from her OnlyFans account and a canceled reality show titled Denise Richards & Her Wild Things.

Based on the breakdown of his expenses, it appears he spends around $20,000 per month on luxury clothing.

In addition to his rent ($18,000), repairs ($5,000), childcare ($7,000), groceries ($10,000), dining out expenses ($15,000), utilities ($8,000), cell phone bill ($500), laundry costs ($5,000), and entertainment expenditures ($15,000), there were other items on his budget plan.

In addition, he stated that he had spent approximately $1,500 on car-related costs, and requested that he be granted all of his power tools and a 2018 motorcycle during the divorce proceedings.

On Wednesday, Richard made a plea for a restraining order, asserting that Physics had been physically abusive towards her.

The next day, she claimed that Aaron entered her townhouse accompanied by his father. He reportedly approached very close to her face and started shouting insults at her, repeatedly calling her a ‘vulgar term for a woman’ and striking the brim of her hat forcefully with the back of his hand, causing it to fall off.

Richards added that ‘Aaron repeatedly grabbed my left arm tightly.’

In the afternoon, Aaron aggressively caught up to me, tightly gripping both of my arms, shoving and pulling me to the floor. I fell down the steps, inflicting significant discomfort. Aaron took my laptop and sent confidential messages he’d pilfered from my computer without my consent.

She added, ‘Aaron threatened that I would ‘disappear’ if I called the police.’

Earlier this year, Denise Richards openly acknowledged experiencing difficulties in her marriage on her reality series titled “Denise Richards and Her Wild Things.

In a March episode of the E! reality show, the mother of three expressed, “Being married to me isn’t simple, but here’s the truth – I’ve had enough.

‘I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f****** get divorced.’

In response, Phypers added his thoughts, suggesting they could reside in different homes. However, he emphasized firmly, “We won’t let ourselves fall into mutual dislike.

Previously, Richardson was married to the exuberant actor Charlie Sheen, from whom she divorced in April 2006, while expecting their second child, Sami.

Additionally, alongside divorce documents, she filed a protective order against Mr. Sheen, age 59. This order prohibits him from approaching within 300 feet of his former spouse and their daughters.
