Denise Richards’ estranged husband Aaron Phypers makes shocking claim regarding her adopted daughter amid nasty divorce

In simpler terms, Aaron Phypers, who is separated from Denise Richards, asserts that Denise didn’t officially adopt her 14-year-old daughter Eloise, despite appearing to do so in their family.

In a stunning court filing this week, Phypers, aged 52, claims that the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, also 54 years old, had him sign adoption papers but did not follow through by submitting the necessary paperwork, as reported in sensational new documents obtained by People.

Phypers claimed that he is now legally without his daughter ‘despite raising her as his own.’

In my perspective, I’ve shared a significant nine-year-long bond with Eloise, making her essentially my daughter. This longstanding connection has unfortunately inflicted immense hurt and underscores the disparity that Richards seems to uphold in this situation.

In the year 2011, Richard took in Eloise, a child with a chromosome disorder, as an infant. He also shares two older daughters, Sami (age 21) and Lola (age 20), from his previous marriage to Charlie Sheen, who is currently 59 years old.

Phypers’ filing was essentially a response to Richard’s petition for a judge to mandate us, along with our entire family, to vacate our Calabasas residence temporarily. This was all part of an arrangement that allowed Richards to reclaim her cherished pets and personal items, without any breach of the restraining order in place.

Phypers adopted Eloise in 2019, just a year after he and Richards got married.

He expressed that it wasn’t a matter of choice but rather a fact, saying to People, “It simply happened this way.” Furthermore, he mentioned affectionately, “She’s like a sweetheart to me. I feel as though she belongs to me, and I love her dearly.

Phypers also calls Eloise his daughter on social media.

In a 2019 Instagram post, he posted a picture of them enjoying each other’s company and used the caption ‘#FatherDaughterTime’ to express their bond.

Previously, Richard has posted photos of Phypers along with Eloise on his Instagram account. One picture even captured a tender moment of Aaron gently braiding Eloise’s hair.

On Wednesday, Richards finally addressed her unexpected divorce from Phypers on social media for the first time.

In an Instagram post, the ex-Bond girl showcased herself lounging on a sofa, donning a vibrant pink blouse and a delicate pink hat of a similar hue.

After the Hollywood star spoke, she shared that this summer had been particularly challenging for her due to the emotional pain following her unfortunate separation.

She mentioned that there’s clearly a situation happening in her life, specifically regarding her divorce. She further explained, ‘Divorce is incredibly tough, and I find myself going through it again. This isn’t just any separation, it’s my second divorce,’ stated the renowned actress.

The actress from “And the Wild Things” mentioned that she hadn’t anticipated their divorce, as she parted ways with Charlie.

She expressed that this period has been particularly challenging due to complex aspects of her divorce, which she finds hard to discuss at the moment. She wishes to take some time to sort things out before she can share more about it. A sudden dog bark interrupter made its presence known during this conversation.

‘It has not been easy, so your messages me a lot,’ she said to her fans.

Phypers and Richards were married for six years before he filed for divorce on July 7.

Afterward, she levied charges against him for physical violence, and a temporary protective order was issued in her favor on July 16. However, he has refuted her allegations.

This is following on from statements made by Phypers, who mentioned that Richards has exhibited no affection towards their shared pets for the past two years now.

On August 3, Richardswent to the family home in Calabasas, California, which is where her estranged husband resides with his parents and brother, to retrieve one of her dogs. This action followed an allegation that he had arranged for another pet to be euthanized without her being aware of it.

In an interview with People magazine, he stated that Denise has not engaged with animals for the past two years, and she has never expressed interest in learning about animal care nor granted authorization for anyone to provide care for them.

And a source explained the dog who was euthanized was elderly and ‘suffering’ due to health issues.

A trusted source mentioned: “Aaron’s beloved elderly dog Melanie, diagnosed with advanced cancer, was enduring significant pain. The veterinarian advised that the remaining days of her life would be spent in discomfort, which they decided was more appropriately addressed by euthanasia, allowing her to peacefully transition to heaven.

‘It was a painful decision. To say she was ‘put down’ is hurtful.’

Currently, Richard’s estranged husband is legally required to maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from Richard, due to a restraining order. Consequently, when Richard visited his residence to retrieve the dog, he promptly departed the premises upon her arrival.

Instead, based on the audio shared with People, it appears that Aaron expressed concern about his parents’ safety after departing.

Reportedly, TMZ states that authorities were summoned due to an incident involving the actress from “The Wild Things.” She is said to have forcefully entered the house, shouting for her pet dog while confronting Aaron’s parents aggressively, pointing her finger in their faces and even threatening them. Additionally, she allegedly attacked Aaron’s brother physically by swinging at him and threw various pieces of mail in his direction.
