Denise Richards’ daughter Sami Sheen reveals ALL her plastic surgeries as she posts before and after shot

Sami Sheen, the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, has shared details about the cosmetic procedures she’s had to achieve a certain appearance.

The 21-year-old OnlyFans creator revealed she’s had many cosmetic procedures, beyond just the surgeries her fans are already aware of.

This week, the Los Angeles resident shared on Instagram that she’s had several cosmetic procedures, including lip filler, a breast augmentation, a nose job, veneers, and hair extensions.

Sheen ever shared a photo taken before her surgeries and a phone taken last month.

Okay, let’s be real. I saw this post from a young star – daughter of some seriously famous faces – and it was…a lot. She basically laid out all the work she’s had done over the last seven years: hair extensions, lip filler, a breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, veneers… the whole nine yards. And she even credited FaceApp for some extra tweaking! It just got me thinking about how much our appearances can change, and how comfortable people are now with openly discussing – and documenting – those changes. It’s a different world now, isn’t it?

In April, Sheen responded to criticism about her cosmetic surgeries on social media, saying she was aware her nose job had upset some people and decided to share details about all the procedures she’d had, knowing it would likely bother even more.

The reality star revealed she first got lip fillers at 18 and has been getting them refreshed annually ever since.

The blonde beauty noted that she also over-lines her lips, calling it ‘an addiction.’

Okay, so I’m *obsessed* with everything Sheen does, and she was talking about getting Botox, which, honestly, I can’t believe! She said she tried it in her forehead to lift her eyebrows – can you imagine?! – but it totally backfired and did the *opposite* of what she wanted. She actually *hated* it! I just… I need to know everything she tries, even the fails, you know?

She told viewers she had a facial feature that was very noticeable and caused her face to droop, giving it an unpleasant appearance. She chose to let it fade on its own and hasn’t had it reappear.

Let’s talk about Sami’s look! She was rocking incredibly long, straight, platinum blonde hair, perfectly parted right down the middle. It really highlighted her fully made-up face – a classic, striking combination. As a style tip, that center part is *so* flattering on so many face shapes, and a bold hair color like platinum really makes a statement when paired with a polished makeup look.

The reality TV star explained that she then got filler in her nose. She had it done on the tip and bridge to try and make her nose appear straighter and more lifted.

She explained that the temporary filler helped a little, but she ultimately decided to get a rhinoplasty, which she ended up having done twice.

She said she finally had the breast augmentation surgery she’d been planning.

‘They’re finally fully dropped and settled in,’ Sami continued while gesturing toward her chest.

She confessed she regretted not getting a larger size initially, saying she wished she’d chosen a bigger option. She then stated she would absolutely choose a larger size when she gets it done again.

The celebrity explained they planned to get some work done to make their muscles look more natural.

The most uncomfortable procedure was getting veneers, which Sami said she got done a year ago.

She described the process as terrible, adding with relief that it wouldn’t need to be repeated for two decades. ‘Hopefully, everything holds up,’ she said, ‘because I definitely don’t want to go through that again.’

‘In August I got my nose done. That’s everything,’ Sheen shared as a final note.

During a recent appearance on the show Wild Things, alongside her mother Denise and sister Lola, 19-year-old Sami revealed she started using OnlyFans to pay for plastic surgery, explaining that she was driven to it by experiences with bullying when she was younger.

She shared her nose surgery journey with well-known surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar on the show, which first aired on March 4th.

High school was a difficult time for me. I was bullied by other students, and people often commented that I resembled my father, who is well-known,” she explained.

She shared that someone recently commented to her, ‘You’ll never be as pretty as your mom.’
