It’s been said that Denise Richards alleges her former home with Aaron Phypers suffered extensive damage, possibly due to actions taken by her estranged husband and his relatives.
According to reports by Us Weekly, who got hold of the pictures, 54-year-old TV personality Bravo submitted photographs showing a supposed mess at her Calabasas mansion as part of her ongoing divorce proceedings with Aaron.
According to the report, Denise stated that Aaron, along with his family members including his parents and brother, caused significant damage to their home, leaving it in a state of chaos and disorder.
According to a reliable source speaking with Us Weekly, there’s been a denial regarding Denise’s allegations that the Phypers family caused damage to the property or left it in a state of mess.
According to the report, it was claimed that after Denise moved out in 2023, the family thoroughly cleaned and decluttered the house.
The photos shown to the court depicted various rooms with clutter strewn about.

The images depict two messy rooms and a third image suggesting floor damage.
The magazine Us Weekly reported that the floor was damaged, but their source clarified to the website that the Phypers are in the process of installing new floors at the moment.
The house has become a point of dispute between the former spouses due to their contentious divorce, with Denise claiming that Aaron has physically and emotionally abused her (claims he refutes). Last month, she was awarded a temporary protective order against him.
Previously this month, Denise requested a temporary eviction of Aaron and his family from the rental house they have in Calabasas.
In a petition made public by People, Denise requested the court to issue an order allowing her to access her residence, currently occupied by her ex, his elderly parents (aged 83), and brother, for a duration of eight hours. During this time, she aims to recover her pets and personal possessions.
If I can’t get my dogs and possessions, I fear that my dogs may be hurt, and my property might get damaged or thrown away during the eviction procedure.

Upon leaving her severely damaged home more than two years ago, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member expressed shock when she recently revisited the property. She had not made any rental payments since December of last year.
On July 24, Denise was informed by the landlord, who had been trying to reach Aaron about overdue rent, that eviction procedures would start on August 23.
On August 3, Aaron was at home when, unexpectedly, Denise showed up at their residence to pick up her pet dog. Due to his worry about the restraining order, he promptly left, as reported by TMZ.
Phillips’ parents permitted Richard into their home, and it was asserted that she forcefully entered, insisted on the pet dog, and angrily told them to leave the house, getting very close to their faces with a pointing finger.
Outside her home, Richard was observed having a conversation with three deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s department. The deputies had been summoned after Richard’s arrival, but upon investigation, it was determined that no criminal activity occurred and no one was arrested, as reported by TMZ.
In the debut of Denise Richards and Her Wild Things on March 4th, Illinois-born Denise stated about the property: “I don’t reside in our home. Aaron’s parents and brother were initially going to stay for a couple of months, but it has been over three years since then.
Denise recently relocated to a townhouse situated within a Calabasas residential complex, with monthly rental rates generally ranging from $5,700 to $6,700, as reported by The US Sun.
Later on, Richards mentioned that she had taken out more than two, which means now I own a total of three identical ones, as detailed on the Bravo reality series.

In our home, there are three separate spaces: an office, a studio, and a sleeping area shared by my daughters Lola and Eloise as well as myself and Aaron. When we desire personal space, we retreat to the studio. So, it seems like we’re scattered throughout the house.
The upcoming court date for the temporary restraining order is set for September 8th at the Superior Court of California. However, Aaron has refuted all claims against him, which include domestic violence accusations and theft of a laptop.
Without any earnings, Aaron submitted a divorce petition against Richard on the 7th of July, ending their six-year union. He asked for approximately $105,000 per month in spousal maintenance.
The actress from “The Return to Wickensburg” is asking the USC graduate to cover her legal costs, as well as any additional expenses related to the reported misconduct. Moreover, she has proposed that he completes a 52-week counseling program for abusers.
Their romance started in December 2017, following the conclusion of Aaron’s divorce with former Desperate Housewives actress Nicollette Sheridan, which happened in 2018.
They wed in 2018.
