Denise Richards has broken her silence on social media over her shock Aaron Phypers divorce.

In an Instagram post, the previous Bond woman showcased herself lounging on a couch, donning a vibrant pink blouse and a soft pink cap of the same hue.

A few weeks ago, it was reported that Phypers stated that Richards hadn’t expressed any interest in their shared pets for the past two years.

On August 3rd, a star from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills visited her estranged husband’s home in Calabasas, California (shared with his parents and brother). Her visit was aimed at retrieving one of her dogs following allegations that he had arranged for another pet to be euthanized without her awareness.

Now, Aaron firmly asserts that the actress played no role in the lives of their pets whatsoever.

According to his statement in People magazine, Denise hasn’t had contact with the animals for two whole years. Moreover, she’s never expressed an interest in acquiring knowledge about them or granting consent for their care.

And a source explained the dog who was euthanized was elderly and ‘suffering’ due to health issues.

The veterinarian advised that the remaining days of her life would be filled with pain, which Aaron decided should end more peacefully through euthanasia and a gentle transition to heaven.

At present, a safety distance rule of at least 100 yards prevents Denise’s estranged spouse from approaching her. This is why, as soon as she appeared at his residence to retrieve their dog, he promptly exited the property.

Instead, as reported by People through obtained audio, the emergency dispatcher mentioned that after leaving, Aaron expressed concern, suggesting he was worried about his parents.

As reported by TMZ, authorities were summoned to the scene due to an incident involving the actor from Wild Things. She is said to have forcefully entered the house, shouting at Aaron’s parents to leave and putting her fingers in their faces, and reportedly even physically attacking Aaron’s brother and tossing mail at him.

Despite Aaron’s family being extremely frightened and upset following the occurrence, the police concluded that no criminal offense had taken place, and thus no one was apprehended.
