Denise Richards has publicly addressed a GoFundMe campaign created for her ex-partner, Aaron Phypers. The campaign included information about their daughter, Eloise, who is 14 years old.
On Thursday, actress Ilene Graff, 54, filled in as host on Tori Spelling’s podcast, Misspelling, where she discussed the ongoing, difficult divorce between her son and his family. Graff stated that her son’s family has gone too far by asking the public for money through a crowdfunding campaign.
Honestly, let them talk! They’ve been saying things, and it stings, but I’m trying to stay focused. I’ll handle all the drama and negativity after the divorce is finalized. Right now, that’s all that matters.
Trying to involve my youngest daughter in a scheme to get money from strangers is completely unacceptable and frankly, outrageous. It’s just wrong.
Earlier this month, the mother of her ex-partner, Patricia Phypers, started a GoFundMe campaign hoping to raise $30,000 for her son’s legal fees. The campaign described claims made about their teenage daughter, Eloise, but was unsuccessful, only raising $60 before being removed on Thursday.
Patricia stated she looked after Eloise for several weeks while Richards was away, and pleaded for support in helping her son ‘fight for the truth and for Eloise’.

While guest hosting a podcast, Richards shared how difficult her divorce was, especially because she also had to come to terms with the true nature of her former partner – a realization she found deeply painful.
Bringing my daughter into all of this feels very personal and is honestly shocking, though I can’t say I’m surprised it happened.
As a lifestyle expert, I followed the news closely when, in July 2025, Phypers and Richards announced they were divorcing after six years together. Shortly after, Richards filed for a restraining order against Phypers, alleging abuse throughout their marriage. Sadly, those claims weren’t substantiated.
Days ago Richards and Phypers had been ordered to vacate the Los Angeles home they once shared.
A Los Angeles judge ruled on Friday that Richards and Phypers can be evicted, following a request from their landlord, John Karan. This comes after Phypers recently made a comparison between his wife and Nick Reiner, son of director Rob Reiner.
Because the renters hadn’t paid, the judge ruled that Karan could have the large house in Calabasas, California. It has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and is almost 7,000 square feet.
Karan is also seeking $84,000 in back rent, which the judge has yet to rule on, per Us Weekly.
The lawsuit was filed by the landlord on November 7th, after Richards and Phypers allegedly stopped making monthly rent payments. The landlord claims they rented the property in 2020 for $12,000 a month.

In mid-September, the actress left the $3.3 million house in Calabasas after a judge allowed her to retrieve her possessions during their difficult divorce.
The court also ordered her husband to stay at least 100 yards away from their home.
The court first issued the order in July as a temporary restraining order obtained by the actress against her soon-to-be ex-husband. It has since become a permanent order.
According to Page Six, Phypers recently submitted legal papers asking for an urgent court hearing regarding his alimony payments.
The hearing was initially set for January 5, 2025, but he requested it be moved to an earlier date because he urgently needs money.
The actor revealed he’s facing possible eviction because he owes $125,000 in unpaid rent and $10,090 in homeowner’s association fees.
According to the report, Phypers has been relying on friends for financial help to afford food, as he currently has no source of income.
He closed his wellness business, Quantum 360 Club, last year and has been unemployed ever since, as he shared with Daily Mail earlier this year.
Daily Mail reached out to reps for both Richards and Phypers for comment at the time.

Phypers filed for divorce in early July, noting that they had separated three days earlier.
Several weeks later, he claimed that Richards had been involved in a months-long romantic relationship with a former member of special forces, Rudy Reyes.
In a letter to family and close friends, she stated that Reyes had sent her explicit photos and videos, including a video of him naked and engaging in a sexual act.
In a statement to DailyMail.com, Phypers said he first suspected his wife was having an affair back in April.
He stated she had assured him she would end the relationship, but he later discovered she was being dishonest. He found out she’d actually met up with Reyes again the next month, at a Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California.
He said finding out about her May rendezvous caused a huge fight over the Fourth of July, and that she broke his phone during the argument.
Following his divorce filing on July 7th, Richards responded a week later by requesting a temporary restraining order. This request included accusations of domestic abuse, which her husband refuted.
